We have been using Lifetimely for years. We use both ShipStation and ShipBob for shipping, and when a shipment is split between them, the app does not combine shipping costs to provide the actual shipping cost. Our COGS are not accurate anymore, and we are not happy.

STAY AWAY FROM AMP!!! AMP’s strategy is buying great apps with fair pricing and turning them into sh***y apps that they charge an arm and a leg for. You can disregard all previous positive reviews—most of them are from when Karri (the founder) was still running the app. Luckily for him, he sold it (hope it was a good exit), but for merchants, it’s been a catastrophe. We’ve been getting inaccurate data from our Google Ads and Amazon ad spend. Honestly, I can’t trust this app for our daily numbers anymore, and we’ll be switching to another solution. The price isn’t even the main issue. The real problem is the support. I’ve had to open 30 chats and send 10 emails just to get basic issues addressed. Back when Karri ran the app, he had a solo coder from India who was a machine—he’d fix my issues in 5 minutes. Now, it's just bloated bureaucracy. They’ve likely overhired people who have no idea what they’re talking about. They’re asking me for hundreds of screenshots just to even begin looking into a problem. And it’s been 20 days since I first reported the issue—still no resolution. I’m paying them $600/month because of their volume-based pricing (which is a rip-off), and they’re treating me like crap. Under Karri, I was paying $30/month and getting fixes in minutes. I’ve spent more time arguing with them than actually working on my business. I’m done—I’m switching to something else.

It says FREE up to 50 orders, but you cannot do anything without starting to pay.

Support is very slow, the app does not load the prices and the price is far too expensive. I now have an alternative that covers everything and is much less complicated, without taking hours to get an answer from support. If I pay 150 euros a month, I expect direct live support. During the time the support answered me, I simply switched the app.

Lifetimely is the best app for cohort analysis, hands down. If you're an email marketer and/or performance marketer and you don't use Lifetimely, you're leaving a lot of money on the table

Insights are very helpful! We're able to get an in depth look into our customer and their purchase behaviors - what product encouraged the first order, the next etc. Also the cohort analysis on LTV was great. We're able to see which month's marketing helped us bring the highest overall LTV. Also the help from their support team is next level! We're able to clearly see benchmarks and how we compare. A must need in everyone's tech stack.

I've been using lifetimely for years now and i love how deep you can dive into the numbers and product journey. The team has always been really responsive with any questions and very helpful. I also use this for a quick check on profitability w/ regard to adspend and new customers.

This app used to work really well until recently that we've been getting a lot of inaccurate data. Now we need to double check everything which is becoming a problem.
