Lifetimely came recommended as a solution to understanding LTV. I've come to understand that instead of chasing LTV, which is a tough metric to nail down, you should focus on the lifetime value in a given period amongst specific cohorts of customers, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months. Lifetimely does that, and it does it well! And, it allows you to factor in all of your costs so you can measure true ROI rather than ROAS. The platform is easy to navigate, the knowledge base and videos make it even easier to understand what you're looking at, and their customer support is very helpful. I highly recommend this if you want to understand what your actual customers are worth and even break out the value of customers you acquire from different channels, etc. Fantastic!

This app helps me quickly review cohorts, track LTV, and analyze repeat purchase data. It's extremely flexible and the visualizations are very helpful. Because of Lifetimely, we have the ability to easily filter and parse through data, which is immensely valuable.

Wish I could give this app 100 stars - seriously every store should have it. It saves hours of manual analysis and gives so much more insight. Wish I'd have discovered it years ago. Definitely worth the upgraded price for additional data.

This is a great app! The depth of the data is amazing and is giving us peace of mind as we dramatically increase our ad spend. This app has given us the transparency we needed to confidently increase our scaling initiative, as well as gives us the key numbers to focus on to maintain a pulse on our progress. A must have.

This app is everything we needed. We were working too hard to export customer and order information from Shopify, then to manipulate it further in Excel -- both time consuming and frustrating if the results didn't match monthly numbers!! Lifetimely has solved all these problems for us. With a simple API connection to our ad platforms, Shopify, Recharge, and Ship Station... we're able to obtain and interpret data in a MUCH simpler, more meaningful way. Lifetimely provides clear insights into customer value and customer behavior. If you aren't using this, you're missing out on valuable marketing takeaways! $50/mo for pro level is well worth the time we spent manipulating our own data in Excel -- which is now time spent on more strategic marketing initiatives. P.S. Karri from their team was amazing at walking us through the set up and industry benchmarks.

For a long time I was keeping my cost in an excel template and it was a tedious job and it was difficult for me to have everything in order. With this app I am seeing everything in order and I can make better decisions, I would have liked to know her much earlier! The customer service is very good and they answer all your questions, 100% recommended.

Super useful app! Installed this and booked some time with the founder. He took 45 minutes to run through all of the features of the app, and give us some very helpful pointer. Definitely the best experience I've had overall for any shopify app

This app is a must-have for stores that rely on repeat customer purchases and subscriptions. It's easy to connect the relevent data channels (FB, Google, Shopify etc) and the data is presented in an easy to understand format. I had a run through with the product developer and owner Karrie, who took me through all the different metrics and gave me an analysis of my data, including suggestions on ways to improve. 10/10 for product and service. Highly Recommended!

This is THE APP I have been looking for since starting my business. It is easy to setup, Karri is sensationally helpful, and the app provides THE BEST insights - all in the one spot! No more having to check multiple dashboards and now simple to track CAC, easily calculable CLV, repurchase rate and true profit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Get it now; what are you waiting for!

A must-have app for all Shopify shop owners. The dashboard is very user-friendly, and the options for adding expenses and custom costs is both versatile and easy to understand. Also, the support is excellent. We submitted a feature enhancement request - which they included in their next release. Highly recommended!

This is by far my favorite app! It really helped us understand our own business better and it changed the way we look at our marketing costs. With CLV, CAC und profit data we can make much better decisions now. One my my favorite functions is the CAC cashback which tells you how long it takes for your marketings costs to breaks even. With CLV margin we can understand how much we can spend on a new customer. Also you can create custom marketing costs and include these in your CAC which is a huge advantage. Customer support is amazing! I got great help on all my questions and they even fixed issues within a day after I reported them.

Growing as an e-commerce business without having the correct and easy to use metrics is hard. Having the correct data to your disposal helps you rationalize your decision making and helps you understand deeply your profitability. As they say, knowing is half the battle and this is exactly what Lifetimely is doing for my store. Less time spending on creating the metrics, more time spending on attracting the perfect customers thanks to smart metrics.

They couldn't figure out how to get FB Ads to report correctly. They were converting it into a AUD currency. Bummer because they are the only app that can do tik tok ads. (UPDATE) - They've reached out and fixed the problem which means im happy to fix the review. Speaks to their service for sure.
