Amazing app that brings together data in a really easy to understand way. If you are tracking new and repeat customers with a focus on lifetime value then this is a must. Also Amar in customer service worked really hard to get the dev team to push through a feature for us, extremely communicative and efficient.

Despite not being a number-crunching guy, I truly enjoy playing around with the app. I am impressed at how Lifetimely transfers raw data into intelligible graphs and charts, that intuitively spark reflexion on how and where to improve the business. Support is excellent too. Well done guys!

Great app, and a responsive customer support team. One of the features wasn't quite working as expected, but as soon as I spoke to Amar in support it was acknowledged, fixed and I was kept informed the entire way along. Fantastic!

There's no other app that lets me keep track of payback periods by cohort as well as Lifetimely!

A powerhouse of an app at an amazing price! We've used it to help determine more accurate budget and sales forecasting. Setting up was a breeze and the support has been timely. Can't wait to see what more they add!

Great tool but calculates LTV wrong. I love all the different ways and plug ins but currently it doesn't let you calculate LTV on a cohort basis on a Contribution Margin 2 point of view, this is how most investors look at it so you will burn your hand presenting any of the Sales or Gross Margin LTV tables. Basically the Gross Margin LTV table does it on Total Sales not Net Sales so it includes Tax/Vat which makes no sense. They do have a Net sales table which we had to use to work it out ourselves on a CM2 level. Kinda strange they would have this wrong. Rest pretty good and customer service fast / helpful (and agreed with us on the above point).
Hey, seems that there's a misunderstanding here. The gross margin metric on Lifetimely's LTV report is after taxes and has always been since 2019 when we launched the app. As you stated, it's useless if it's not based on net sales. Great tool and easy to use, must-have if you're using cohort analysis. Have done it the old fashioned way with excel and this is so much better. Can pivot/ filter off anything you can think of (any tag in shopify, utms, product/ sku, discount codes, etc.). Has a predictive feature in the pro version we're just starting to play with that might be useful (still getting a feel for it). Def recommend and worth the $$ (used to use more expensive tools in the $500-$1k/month range that didn't have as much).

Really helpful support and very easy to use tool. I really enjoy having all my data available live in order to take the right decisions in a short or long term. A real game changer for our business.

Amazing app. Horrible customer service. They have amazing reports for customer LTV, but anytime I've experienced a technical issue, it results in me not being able to access my dashboard, making it extremely difficult to run our business. It's a shame when you become reliant on such a great tool, and then get left in the dust with only email support that never gets back to you. 5-star Shopify apps have live chat support or phone support, or at the very least get back to you within 24 hours via email. Neither of these exist. May have to looking into a different LTV tool if this issue doesn't get resolved.
