Pretty poor app overall. Expensive and slow. Buggy. Triple Whale is a lot better so we moved to them. Lifetimely team are also unresponsive.

Unfortunately, it seems that the point of this review is to plug another app's name on top of legit 300+ 5-star reviews: - Based on our internal analytics Plushy never reached out to Lifetimely support or tried the app’s functionalities - The only app events we can see are install and uninstall without testing the PRO plan’s free trial I'm happy to hop on a call and resolve any issues you might have encountered! This app is a huge time and money saver on analytics. Their staff is also super supportive and responsive to questions and feature requests. More so than any other Shopify app I've worked with so far.

This app provides great insight into the customer journey that you can then apply to your sales and marketing efforts. Two separate people recommended the app to me and I can see now why they did! Karri is also very helpful in giving you an initial walk through of the app and its data. Super excited to have found this app!

This app is my secret weapon for scaling our supplement store. I have a background in analytics and I've tried many similar apps but none of them compare to lifetimely. The reports provide very useful, actionable data. Can't recommend it enough!

Very robust app that gives you a full picture of the financial health of your business. Very knowledgable and responsive support team. I have demoed several analytics apps in the Shopify store, and Lifetimely is the best in class. I gain incredibly valuable insight from the cohort analyses, LTV calcs, and especially the P&L. They have build functionality that allows me to upload custom costs (like commissions or one-time marketing expense), not just traditional Facebook and Google api's. I highly recommend Lifetimely.

The best LTV app by far... Really surprised with how powerful this tool can be to understand what is the benefits of your clients and what is the cost that you must allocate to acquire profitable clients. And the best: the support. Amar is the best!

Must have an app for each ECOM business owner. Nice dashboard with need-it KPI-s. Amazing LTV reporting. We are using it in 10 shops. I would definitely recommend it.

The single best app our store has added period. It brings everything into one place and has illuminated multiple areas to double down on that we didn't know were great for us, and some areas of concern. Best app on Shopify!
