We recently discovered the podcast Chew on This! and were immediately impressed by the features offered through the Lifetimely app. The platform truly provides value for every member of the team: -The Website Manager -The Marketing and Social Media team -The Financial Manager (a rare occurrence for tools of this kind) Lifetimely delivers a comprehensive view of your business by providing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance insights. One of its most valuable features is the detailed reporting on subscription drop-off rates, which is essential for long-term planning. I am particularly looking forward to future enhancements to the Amazon reporting functionality. If you are seeking an all-in-one tool that offers a clear and complete overview of your business performance, I highly recommend Lifetimely for any e-commerce team!

This is a review for the lifetimely amazon add on (which is as expensive as the shopify plugin). While the shopify Plugin works quite well, the amazon plugin is just buggy. We are in contact with support for months, they promised they fixed it after we canceled the plan and then being right back at buggy land... Would be nice to have your analytics in one place, cause the shopify version works quite well, but I think we are going shopping somewhere else...

We have been using Lifetimely for years. We use both ShipStation and ShipBob for shipping, and when a shipment is split between them, the app does not combine shipping costs to provide the actual shipping cost. Our COGS are not accurate anymore, and we are not happy.

Awesome app and fantastic customer service!

Support is very slow, the app does not load the prices and the price is far too expensive. I now have an alternative that covers everything and is much less complicated, without taking hours to get an answer from support. If I pay 150 euros a month, I expect direct live support. During the time the support answered me, I simply switched the app.

We love Lifetimely. We've been given an amazing CSM, Alain, who goes above and beyond for our account. Also a great source of truth when it comes to understanding our funnel performance and LTV.
