Love it - highly recommended for simple, accurate analytics. We tried 5+ apps before Lifetimely, and this was by far our favorite.

We absolutely love Lifetimely. It is an absolutely essential app for anyone running their own store. Not only does it make it easy to look at the key stats that will drive the success of your business, the customer support is fantastic. We have even had direct advice from the app's founder and it was extremely valuable. If we could give this app 6 stars we would!

Overpriced for what it is. Very basic and slow. We would recommend using Triple Whale. 100x better. Do not waste your money on Lifetimely.

This app is incredible. The amount of information you're able to get out of it has been super helpful and eye opening. Karri and team have done a great job with detailed videos explaining the dashboards and available data. I had a video call with Karri and he went above and beyond to further explain opportunities for our business. Highly recommend this app.

This is THE BEST LTV app I've seen on Shopify! Super simple to set up & get incredibly powerful insights instantly (and for a much more reasonable price than other analytics software out there). They're also constantly innovating and building new features to enhance the platform. Highly recommend.

Lifetimely is a game changer. Here's 5 reasons why... 1) We can scale up campaigns and products that people love (lifetimely shows repeat customer data) 2) We don't need to wait 12 months to see which products perform well (lifetimely predicts CLTV for each product) 3) Real time analysis of Profits & Loss (lifetimely displays this in the dashboard). 4) Inexpensive (truly this should cost more, we used to do it manually) 5) Customer support (team is incredibly responsive and helpful, which is rare). Do yourself a favor and try this app. See your profit & loss. See which products return the highest CLTV. Check out the predictive CLTV for new products. You won't be disappointed.

I downloaded this app to get better data than what Shopify analytics was giving me, and it turned out this app had exactly what I needed and allows me to optimize based off of accurate data instead of some of the other bad pieces of data I was using.

Karri was really helpful in showing me how to use the tool to better analyse our data and look for opportunities / where we can improve. We're an established FBA seller in the UK but new to DTC Shopify so having an app like Lifetimely is invaluable as it gives us the insight we need to make decisions on how to grow our brand outside of Amazon. This tool has been very helpful for analyzing our Customer Lifetime Value and product performance by purchase (ie what customers are buying as their second and third orders based on their first purchase, which is difficult to determine via Shopify reports directly). Karri provided an in-depth demo with valuable insights. Would definitely recommend!

Pretty poor app overall. Expensive and slow. Buggy. Triple Whale is a lot better so we moved to them. Lifetimely team are also unresponsive.

This app is a huge time and money saver on analytics. Their staff is also super supportive and responsive to questions and feature requests. More so than any other Shopify app I've worked with so far.

This app provides great insight into the customer journey that you can then apply to your sales and marketing efforts. Two separate people recommended the app to me and I can see now why they did! Karri is also very helpful in giving you an initial walk through of the app and its data. Super excited to have found this app!
