11/24/2025: We have all hands on deck for this issue. After many conversations, the issue is starting to become clearer. This has been a big challenge for all parties, from Payment processors to LimeSpot to The Abbey. Lessons learned so far. Test all systems earlier in the year (September) to make sure they function in the Holiday Season. Will this kill my season? No, it will not. This old guy has workarounds. I hate using that word! 11/15/2025: Ok the old guy here "64 years young" just ran a full deep scan and the finding are in your inbox. 2 1/2 hours of work VS 2 days? Its your exstention! Option are on my report in your inbox. 11/14/2025 It appears to me that, like most ecoms, they lose their customer touch. I have been dealing with an issue for 24 hours now and to no avail. After all these years (10 to 12) I have to write this type of review. Get back in the game, folks. Everything on this App works great, but stay away from the post-purchase Offers! Send a engineer or a coder. Some time issues are larger than your technical support team! Pissed would be an understatement! Another project "completed"! I think we have been running this App for 8 or 10 years now. We have gone through many different theme projects together. Good job on the last project. Keep up the good work. This is a great app! The customer service from the LimeSpot reps has been awesome, special shout out to Dominic for all the help with our customization additions to our site. Definitely recommend this app. Only had it a few days but already it's generating sales. Was easy enough to install and LimeSpot offered a free customization and took care of the details to make it a seamless integration on our site. 5 stars!

This app is just awesome!!! I've tried several apps before and their performance is a speck compared to what Personalizer can do. The recommendations also make sense; unlike the others who I feel just randomly suggests stuff. It needs of a bit of navigating through the diff features to get used to what each means but once you crack it, there's just no stopping at discovering what more it can do.

When your store has a lot of products, it's vital that you are able to show relevant products to your visitors. We set up this app to test it and within just 2 weeks it proved to be a winner! The numbers don't lie. It has increased sales well beyond what we had hoped it would. Support for this app is excellent and it was easy to train our not-so-technically-oriented staff how to set up manual recommendations. 5 Stars! Update: Almost a year later and the support for this app is second to none. They jump right on any issues we have and get things working again fast.

This a great and very useful app for any online store. It shows much needed information of products that most customers don't even know we offer. It is a great way to promote certain product types, brands, styles. Real easy to use and any questions you have, the support team is quick to answer and are very helpful. Would recommend this app to anyone looking to show more variety of the products they offer on your website.
