This app provides good value for dollar, is easy to use, and was easy to customize to our theme. Their technical support staff is very responsive and helpful.

Support & set-up has been excellent. Have yet to explore full analytics service but so far works really well.

Not only is this a great app that performs exactly as it claims to do, the customer support is also superb. We needed some customisation and found the support to be very quick and helpful. Our requests were also implemented perfectly. Excellent all round. Highly recommend.

Great app and even better support. Anytime I've had a question or needed help, their customer service has been responsive and incredibly helpful. With my latest support experience, they were even proactive in suggesting the implementation of their latest upgrade. After the go-ahead, they did the upgrade for me, which is great, as my time is limited to handle these types of tasks. Thanks again!!

I love how helpful customer service is with this app. Ryanna Young responded to all my questions right away, and she evaluated my store site with recommendations for increasing sales and traffic. She was also able to implement these changes and updates for me since my time is so limited. Customer service is invaluable in any business, it's what builds a foundation for repeat customers. I'm thrilled Limespot offers convenient recommendations for my customers which all in all have increased my sales. I recommend this app for all businesses.

I have been using this for a few months now and overall its a great app. Highly configurable and the support is good when something doesn't quite work as expected.

11/24/2025: We have all hands on deck for this issue. After many conversations, the issue is starting to become clearer. This has been a big challenge for all parties, from Payment processors to LimeSpot to The Abbey. Lessons learned so far. Test all systems earlier in the year (September) to make sure they function in the Holiday Season. Will this kill my season? No, it will not. This old guy has workarounds. I hate using that word! 11/15/2025: Ok the old guy here "64 years young" just ran a full deep scan and the finding are in your inbox. 2 1/2 hours of work VS 2 days? Its your exstention! Option are on my report in your inbox. 11/14/2025 It appears to me that, like most ecoms, they lose their customer touch. I have been dealing with an issue for 24 hours now and to no avail. After all these years (10 to 12) I have to write this type of review. Get back in the game, folks. Everything on this App works great, but stay away from the post-purchase Offers! Send a engineer or a coder. Some time issues are larger than your technical support team! Pissed would be an understatement! Another project "completed"! I think we have been running this App for 8 or 10 years now. We have gone through many different theme projects together. Good job on the last project. Keep up the good work.
