UPDATE 3: Frederick has been amazing helping with customizations with our new theme. He's really gone above and beyond to make sure the Look and feel of the app matches our site redesign. Continue to highly recommend this app! UPDATE 2: Another winning customer support experience today. I needed a slight tweak to a standard upsell feature we use in the cart. I reached out to the support team, got a quick response from Ryanna, and the change was made and live on the site in a matter of minutes. An additional "permanent fix" script was implemented by the tech team within a couple of days, and I couldn't be happier with the result! If only all app developers were this responsive! UPDATE: Customer service continues to be stellar. Solution oriented, willingness to accommodate special circumstances and Leo went out of his way today to customize something I couldn't figure out on my own. Highly recommended! ----- Unbelievable customer service + unparalleled customization of upsell/cross-sell settings has made Limespot one of our most important apps. Our jewelry pieces usually have coordinating pieces (necklace with matching earrings and bracelet) and with all of the "big-data" automation options out there, we were still not getting the result we wanted. Limespot allows us to put a "complete the look" section on every product page with the matching pieces front and center. It does take some time to manually go through and match these pieces, but not as much as the other options we had explored prior to deciding to go with Limespot. The effort is worth it for us and we are already seeing great results. In addition to manually matching coordinating pieces, we have taken advantage of Limespot's technology to auto-populate bestseller and other similar categories. I can't say enough about how pleased I am to have found a recommendation engine that gives us the best of both worlds - the ease of automated suggestions and the ability to control individual suggestions that we prefer to be making. On top of this, the support team has helped us with visual customizations making it work well and look good in our store. Love it!

I received the recommendation from a Shopify representative and I was very pleased from the beginning from the wealth of features and the wise possibilities, plus the comfortable pricing plan. In my previous position I have designed similar interfaces myself what make me appreciate your system even more. Awesome APP and GREAT service. Anahita went above and beyond, I had one small tweak I need adjust and Anahita sorted that and made a whole heap of improvements. EXCELLENT!

I installed it twice. At first, I didn't think it was worth it and I uninstalled it. I gave it some time and decided to reinstall. ( you retargeted me like crazy) So, this time, It seems to be working better and is already contributing 21% of our sales.

Tech support has been great. They reply in a timely manner and have edited the site for me on several occasions. They make sure the integration fits in instead of looking tacked on.

I was trying to work out how to get good product recommendations, then found Limespot...its brilliant at it. I had a problem when I turned off too many collections, but the support was quick and instantly knew the answer. I have been able to change the boxes to fit in with my website the way I want, and I only pay when its being used. Fantastic.

Very versatile app. Being able to accurately cross-sell and upsell products is a huge deal for us. Just started with the app but already see tons of great ways to fine-tune the shopping/selling experience of our site. And very importantly- customer service is always very friendly and available to help. Highly recommended!

Adds a professional level of support to customers. Identifying the best next product they may purchase and helping to boost my online sales. This is very important. I have a few best sellers that bring customers to the site and this app helps introduce customers to other related items that they may purchase.

SPOILER ALERT: Dragon think's LimeSpot's Ian & the gang are the best! Dragon's major concern was any slowdown in page loading speed especially on mobile. Also, any increase in the size of the page with the app installed. There is a LOT of stuff that's added to a bare bones m-commerce site like I had before LimeSpot. However, no problem at all. Home page speed load time under 2 seconds and Home page size about 1 MB. The app is also very easy to learn how to use. And I've got a LOT (almost 6000) of products, what? Well since you asked, products like skirts, dresses, leggings, beanies, etc... etc... etc... And there you have it.
