So far so good. Very helpful customer service from ryanna so far. We haven't opened our 'doors' yet so will update once were running, but happy so far.

UPDATE 3: Frederick has been amazing helping with customizations with our new theme. He's really gone above and beyond to make sure the Look and feel of the app matches our site redesign. Continue to highly recommend this app! UPDATE 2: Another winning customer support experience today. I needed a slight tweak to a standard upsell feature we use in the cart. I reached out to the support team, got a quick response from Ryanna, and the change was made and live on the site in a matter of minutes. An additional "permanent fix" script was implemented by the tech team within a couple of days, and I couldn't be happier with the result! If only all app developers were this responsive! UPDATE: Customer service continues to be stellar. Solution oriented, willingness to accommodate special circumstances and Leo went out of his way today to customize something I couldn't figure out on my own. Highly recommended! ----- Unbelievable customer service + unparalleled customization of upsell/cross-sell settings has made Limespot one of our most important apps. Our jewelry pieces usually have coordinating pieces (necklace with matching earrings and bracelet) and with all of the "big-data" automation options out there, we were still not getting the result we wanted. Limespot allows us to put a "complete the look" section on every product page with the matching pieces front and center. It does take some time to manually go through and match these pieces, but not as much as the other options we had explored prior to deciding to go with Limespot. The effort is worth it for us and we are already seeing great results. In addition to manually matching coordinating pieces, we have taken advantage of Limespot's technology to auto-populate bestseller and other similar categories. I can't say enough about how pleased I am to have found a recommendation engine that gives us the best of both worlds - the ease of automated suggestions and the ability to control individual suggestions that we prefer to be making. On top of this, the support team has helped us with visual customizations making it work well and look good in our store. Love it!

I've loved the addition of this app to my store. I was able to get an extension on the free trail to play around with it a bit more. Very helpful!

I received the recommendation from a Shopify representative and I was very pleased from the beginning from the wealth of features and the wise possibilities, plus the comfortable pricing plan. In my previous position I have designed similar interfaces myself what make me appreciate your system even more. Have really enjoyed using this app so far! The personalization is wonderful and the customer service is amazing. They really take the extra step to help and do all they can to provide a great return on investment.

Extremely intuitive app - easy to set up and the customer support is amazing! Steph went above and beyond the call of duty - it also may be one of the fastest responses I've ever had from customer support. Very impressed with the detail of analytics, but it is presented in a way that is clear, concise and understandable. LimeSpot and I are going to be firm friends for quite some time! Highly recommended.

Top notch customer service and attention to details. Responded to my first query within hours and fixed the problem themselves before getting back in touch with me. I know "the review" is lifeblood for startup app companies like this, I still have never left one ever in my life for any product but this - this is sorcery almost. Can we take a moment and realize what this really is?? This team ... they built an entire recommendations engine into a shopify app.. .. do you know how hard that is to do?!? It's mind boggling. Fellow Shopify store owners, download this app immediately.

Drove over $200 in revenue for us before we had to activate our paid account. Their billing model is super friendly if you're unsure and just want to test - we got several extensions on our trial while we were still figuring things out. It's definitely a winning app for us now. I just wish the UI was better.

Awesome APP and GREAT service. Anahita went above and beyond, I had one small tweak I need adjust and Anahita sorted that and made a whole heap of improvements. EXCELLENT!
