useful app. I'd been a customer for over a year and they quietly changed their pricing model to something more confusing. Customer service is helpful though.

We did roll out new pricing but we did not move anyone to the new pricing plan -- it's an explicit opt in including details about the tiers and price points. App: Personalizer AI Recommendations app is a must-have for us. We've tried lots of apps, even done similar stuff manually but nothing comes close to what lime spot does. Their Ai and machine learning engine is rock solid and keeps improving over time. Support: We had an awesome experience with them, Frederick, the way he resolved the queries, their response time was under 24 hours and hats off to them. Keep the great work going, you guys got it all right

I love how fast and expert the support is for this app. Any questions you have about implementation they sort out for you within 24 hours max.

Great App, super useful, fantastic support, speedy response time and cosmetic fixes if needed (so you must not do it yourself). Valuable analytics and overall very reliable and easy to use. Highly recommended.
