The service given by Michael when we asked about formatting the Personalizer boxes was excellent. He also gave us links to guides to help us in the future with configuring other aspects of the app. Our Silk products website is a little unusual in that we have a trade and retail section with two different price bands for the same product with the trade price only visible after login with a trade account, and we hope Personalizer will boost the retail side of our business, since it can't yet be applied to both. Its a great start!

These guys have automatically charged US$ 10 without informing our prior intimation. We do not recommend usage of this app at all. You cannot keep a track as to when the Free Charge or US$ 0.01 charge per month goes to US$ 10 per month. The app also makes the site perform slower and is difficult to manage and operate. A Big No to this app, one should never use this with their shopify store.

I would advise anyone who used this app to look closely at the revenue the app claims to help drive to your shop. The app claimed to have driven a revenue that is more than the total revenue for my shop in an attempt to charge me for it. I have written in and received no reply about it. Edited to add: finally, after more than a month of being ignored, they suddenly contacted me (after I left this review) and gave me a refund and said that there was a glitch during the period I was using the app. They also said since I had removed the app, they could not get back to me to give me an explanation but I thought I contacted them through email and they should have my email address and email history? And they also contacted me through my email address to give me a refund. Weird explanation. I upgrade this 1-star review to 2-star since I received a refund although honestly, anyone can see that I would never get a response if I had never left this 1-star review.

Limespot has been tantamount in increasing personalized recommendations to our customers. The app has given a great amount of data for us. The customization of the app itself is really robust given that they allow you to use custom code. On top of that, the customer service has been great! Definitely worth trying. A high-quality app that other apps cannot compare to.

Very fast support via the chat. Michelle helped us resolve some issue with manual sync of products collection. Very easy learning curve to get the app working for cross-sell/upsell. Easy to hide unwanted products from promotion. Gives us the flexibility to upsell items per category. Michelle showed us how to modify the BUY button appearance and mouse hover actions. Super easy to edit this in the custom code styling screen. Also we can add custom JavaScripts to modify the actions for the carousel slider. Michelle is one of the best customer support reps ever! She really goes the extra mile to help us. Awesome!

App has unfair billing practices. Charge you blindly without giving any reason for doing so...Beware Aug 30 this app charged me $25 for next 30 days subscription Then on Sept 16 it charged me again $ 25 for next 30 days subsciption Then on Sept 17 it charged me again $ 25 for next 30 days subscription Then on Sept 18 it charged me again $ 25 for next 30 days subscription.... Do i have to pay them $ 25 daily for next 30 days subscriptions??
