Link My Books for Xero & QBO

We are a Brand Creation company selling Coffee Syrups and Alcohol using on line resellers, Shopify is growing and by using Link My Books we are able to manage these platforms with ease. When a problem with log in details cropped up the customer service was superb with rapid response and quick fix less that 5 minutes.

We started with a competitor product in a trial period, but after their slow service, I tried LMB and have been really happy with the service. The app has a chat window so if you need help, just type it into the box and there's normally a response within 1/2 hour during the day. No faffing around with phones or emails. The setup was fairly straight-forward and my accountant checked the out-of-the-box settings and was happy with the configuration. The Shopify/Shop integration couldn't be simpler - most days we get an invoice posted to our accounts that we simply reconcile. I wish the Shopify/Paypal integration was quite as simple but with that you simply need to check a clearing account from time-to-time. Highly recommended.

LMBs has really taken the hassle out of manually collating data from our various sales channels, namely: Amazon, eBay and Shopify. With sales and fees captured automatically we can concentrate on other areas of the business and maintain an updated snapshot of our business performance. Customer service has been brilliant so far and response times are very quick and thorough. Highly recommend for any eCommerce seller in this space.

The customer service and support I have always received from Link My Books has undoubtedly been the best! They are quick to respond and go above and beyond to help you resolve any questions and assist with the setup to ensure your finances are accurately up to date (Daniel even recorded a video for me to understand how my account was being set up). The work this app does as a link between my online stores and Xero is a game changer. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a system to properly organize their finances for both Etsy and Shopify, as the reports can be complicated to understand otherwise. LMB is a great system that will save you so much time. It’s super easy to set up and they have great customer service to help if you require. We have been using it for a year now and I only wish our old accountant could have used such a system as it would have made live so much easier. I have already recommended to a number of friends as it truly makes running a business so much easier. Highly recommend!!

What can i say, Ive been using Link my books for months and the service is spot on! We went from manually inputting invoices to LMB and it saves so much time! I can highly recommend and i couldn't use without it!

Excellent solution and highly recommended - been using for over 6 months! We have 1,000+ orders every month, across 5 different sales channels including Shopify, eBay and Amazon. LinkMyBooks syncs all of that sales data with our Xero account quickly and efficiently, saving us many hours every month. Plus, it's accurate (not always the case with other alternatives...) Most importantly, customer support has been fast, friendly and effective - do not underestimate how important customer support is - particularly in the world of finance and accounts. 100% recommended.

Working well so far! I have minimal Shopify sales (I mainly use Link My Books for my Amazon sales) however it's definitely nice to not have to purchase a separate app/service to help with the Shopify bookkeeping.

We have been using LMB to import Amazon for a year or so and it is has been great. So we were really pleased to move our Shopify to Xero integration to LMB a few months ago when they launched support for Shopify. Its really simple to setup and to use and saves a huge amount of time. The support is great, responsive and thorough and it is the most competitively prices app we have found to sync our eCommerce data to Xero too. Thanks for being awesome!

I used this app to integrate two Shopify stores with Xero. I already use Linkmybooks for eBay and for Amazon. It manages the whole process effortlessly. I am particularly impressed with the customer services, I'm a long time fan of the team - the support is second to none - especially with the tax codes things can get a little complex. 10/10 would recommend. A good price too!

Fab app to link Shopify to Xero. We have been using it successfully for a few months now and have no complaints. Support is brilliant with very quick and helpful answers and nothing too much trouble for them. I wouldn't hesitate in recomending it.

Seamless. Excellent instructions and helpful team. Basically this App totally resolves the admin intensive process of reconciling payouts from Shopify and other 3rd party marketplaces with your accounting software. Brilliant for Shopify and also superb for Amazon and Etsy etc. Everything you need! We prefer Link My Books to other Apps we have tried and far far better value than A2X.

Does a good job of sending all our sales, fee's etc from Shopify over to Xero and makes reconciling the payouts a 2-second job, would highly recommend it!

Been using this app for a month or so now to sync my Shopify account to Xero. Works flawlessly - can't recommend LMB highly enough. We also use LMB to sync Etsy and Amazon to our Xero account and have never really had any issues. Saves me hours and hours every month. Support has always been bang on too!
