Finally getting all my data correctly on QB AND being more hands off, just set up correctly and then BOOM, MATCH MATCH MATCH, Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you, App creator, for making my life easier with the books, thank you for making a person available to anwer my question, I finally can focus on my products and quality and have less stess with the numbers:)

5-Stars for Bella and LMB. Bella was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Explained the extremely complex process in clear and easily understandable steps. Bella's patience was exemplary! LMB and the Shopify/PayPal settlements are all automated and work perfectly in Xero.

Link My Books is beyond fantastic, we can't recommend it enough. We have been incredibly impressed with the platform and how easily it has integrated between our Shopify-Xero accounting set-up. It has simplified the process of breaking down of our Shopify payouts, something that used to take us a lot of time is now just one click. Hugely recommend!

This app is great! instead of manually reconciling all my transaction with a click of a button it gathered all the historical data and sent all the settlements to my xero and the customer service is top tier!

Fantastic service, very efficient app. Scales well and the staff are knowledgeable. Syncing with QBO has worked very well, and having tried a few solutions this is the most comprehensive. It also works well in the UK which often this kind of app does not. All round 5/5

It's a steep learning curve for an old man but thanks to Kaylie and her help, the curve was flattened. If the customer service continues as well as it has in the first 24-48 hours then this is certainly an easy app to recommend.

Switching to Link My Books has been a game-changer for our business. Their service is outstanding, saving us countless hours by effortlessly accounting for our sales on Amazon, eBay, TikTok, and our website. We previously used a different service (ending with an X) and regret not making the switch to Link My Books earlier. The transition was smooth, and the benefits were evident almost immediately. One of the standout features of Link My Books is their exceptional customer service. The team is incredibly fast, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Whether through live chat or video calls, they ensure that any questions or issues are resolved promptly and effectively. We can't recommend Link My Books enough.

Link my books has been a life-saver for us! Having our accounting on automation not only allows us to save money but to also focus on other areas of the business! Now, we don't actually need an accountant. It's all there automated and syncs across all of our sales channels including eBay, Amazon and Shopify. We use Quickbooks and can actually see all of our profit and expenses incurred per sales channel in real-time, which is perfect. At first we were skeptical but the free trial persuaded us. Looking back, I wish we had started earlier!

We are a Brand Creation company selling Coffee Syrups and Alcohol using on line resellers, Shopify is growing and by using Link My Books we are able to manage these platforms with ease. When a problem with log in details cropped up the customer service was superb with rapid response and quick fix less that 5 minutes.

We started with a competitor product in a trial period, but after their slow service, I tried LMB and have been really happy with the service. The app has a chat window so if you need help, just type it into the box and there's normally a response within 1/2 hour during the day. No faffing around with phones or emails. The setup was fairly straight-forward and my accountant checked the out-of-the-box settings and was happy with the configuration. The Shopify/Shop integration couldn't be simpler - most days we get an invoice posted to our accounts that we simply reconcile. I wish the Shopify/Paypal integration was quite as simple but with that you simply need to check a clearing account from time-to-time. Highly recommended.

LMBs has really taken the hassle out of manually collating data from our various sales channels, namely: Amazon, eBay and Shopify. With sales and fees captured automatically we can concentrate on other areas of the business and maintain an updated snapshot of our business performance. Customer service has been brilliant so far and response times are very quick and thorough. Highly recommend for any eCommerce seller in this space.

The customer service and support I have always received from Link My Books has undoubtedly been the best! They are quick to respond and go above and beyond to help you resolve any questions and assist with the setup to ensure your finances are accurately up to date (Daniel even recorded a video for me to understand how my account was being set up). The work this app does as a link between my online stores and Xero is a game changer. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a system to properly organize their finances for both Etsy and Shopify, as the reports can be complicated to understand otherwise. Everything is automated with Link My Books, and I feel confident knowing that I can reach out to their support team for any assistance or inquiries. Highly recommended!

Love this app. Really easy to use and set up, team are really helpful answering any questions I had, was an easy decision to subscribe to this app. It's going to save us loads of manual time. I compared this to other apps but this was by far the best. Highly recommended.

LMB is a great system that will save you so much time. It’s super easy to set up and they have great customer service to help if you require. We have been using it for a year now and I only wish our old accountant could have used such a system as it would have made live so much easier. I have already recommended to a number of friends as it truly makes running a business so much easier. Highly recommend!!
