Ich habe die APP in der letzten Woche eingerichtet. Hatte einige Fragen an den Entwickler, die wurden sofort beantwortet. Alles auch Deutsch, was bei Shopify ja sonst oft ein Problem ist. Wir haben noch nie auf Ebay verkauft, mit der APP ist das jetzt einfach möglich. Nach zwei Tage waren 7 Bestellungen im Shop, alle über Ebay. Wir haben nicht mit einem so guten Start gerechnet.
Vielen Dank für das tolle Feedback ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Es freut uns sehr, dass der Einstieg so reibungslos geklappt hat – gerade wenn eBay vorher noch kein Kanal war. Super dass die ersten Bestellungen so schnell kamen. Dass der Support schnell, direkt und auf Deutsch funktioniert, ist uns wichtig. Genau so soll es sein. Weiterhin viel Erfolg mit dem Verkauf über eBay – wir sind jederzeit da, wenn Fragen auftauchen.

Fantastic App & Even Better Support! I've had an excellent experience using the eBay Lionz app. The customer service is truly outstanding, replies are always prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The app itself works smoothly without any issues. All my orders import correctly, and the sync for price and quantity works exactly as expected. Overall, a very reliable and well-built app. Highly recommended!

At first, I wasn't able to use this app effectively. But after contacting customer support and following their advice, I realized it's a really good app. The price is reasonable, and it met all our needs. I recommend it.

Excellent technical support and smooth performance. I had an issue at first, but the owner worked with me directly and got everything syncing perfectly. You rarely see support like this with apps. I also appreciate that it lets me keep eBay as the main database and pull items into Shopify, since I usually list through the eBay app. You can run it the other way too, but this is the only app I found that supports my preferred workflow. Marketplace Connect doesn’t. Five stars.
