I was having trouble syncing the item's condition, without the description. When I contacted them, they were really helpful and set it up for me. Works perfectly! Planning to continue using this app.

App does exactly what I need it to - it pulls all of my live products from ebay exactly how I need it to and any new listings or sold items are immediately taken down or uploaded or vice versa. There is an option for the main listing place to be Shopify and ebay copy off that or if your main site is ebay you can have that as your main listing place and everything will be pulled onto Shopify. It is just what I need and is well worth the monthly subscription. Also, if you ever need any help, do not hesitate to contact them - they are swift with their responses and are really helpful. I'm not the best with Shopify and they have answered and solved every single one of my requests to date. I could not be happier with the service. If you are looking for an app to co-host your ebay store and website, then look no further.

Great team behind this app - I have had trouble finding one that does exactly what i need and automates as much as possible. I reached out to the team with my needs and within 2-3 days they had everything i needed complete and fully working. I tried all of the other apps and none are as good as this.. If you think it doesnt hit your needs i strongly recommend you reach out to the team. Big shout out to Timo who is very fast at replying and went above and beyond to get me setup!

Took a bit of time to get things working as we needed but Timo fully supported us. The company will work with you until the integration is right and to your satisfaction. We now have 4000+ listings on eBay all created and managed via the eBay Sync with Shopify.
Glad everything is running the way you need it now. Happy we could support you through the setup and get the integration right. Managing 4,000+ eBay listings via the app is a great result.

Outstanding customer service! We've been using this app for a little over a year now, with a few kinks along the way, but whenever we need anything at all, Timo is very responsive and quick to help. Service like this is very hard to come by these days. Overall, we are very happy we chose this app and would highly recommend it to others.

Great for improving workflow between platforms. I'm now using shopify as my central creation point and exporting to ebay avoiding duplication.

I am using this app to import eBay items into Shopify. I like that this app imports the product weight from eBay. I like that your eBay store category is imported as a tag on the product in Shopify. This sets it up nicely to make collections, which is very helpful when importing many items. I like that on import the product can be put live in the store. Timo is great with answering any questions you have. I like that this app does not limit you on product imports.

What the app is supposed to do and the possibility to have the developer(s) customize the app for my specific needs sounds awesome. Having tens of thousands of of SKUs and not being able to confidently sync inventory without dealing with overselling among other issues is just not a headache I want to deal with. It's possible that they will fix these issues in the future, but at this time it's simply unusable as it doesn't do what it advertises it does.

This is an updated review from my earlier feedback. Support did help at the beginning then they stopped replying. The app is littered with bugs, it will deduct more than that has sold which can cause over selling in either marketplace. Often it would not update at all so this had to be manually done. There is a lot better out there for a similar price.
