I HIGHLY recommend this eBay Sync App. I haven't had to use support yet. But I hope it is as good as the App itself.

I was looking for a simple no fuss program that would import orders from ebay to shopify and update the inventory. Job Done and for a reasonable price.

We use this on 2 sites, having tried others, and uninstalled them Now use eBay Sync from LionzApps. We have a 3rd site just being built and Lionz will be a part of that site as well

il prodottto e' valido , ci sono solo piccoli problemi caggiornamento prezzi e quantita' da ebay a shopify . il supporto clienti e' sempre pronto a risolvere velocemente

Ausgezeichneter und kompetenter Support – stets hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Die App ist intuitiv und unkompliziert zu bedienen, selbst ohne Vorkenntnisse. Für eBay ist sie für mich die beste Wahl. Vielen Dank!

Outstanding app and service, Timo is super friendly and very accommodating. Record speed support and feature implementation; after getting burned by my previous sync provider, this is a breath of fresh air. Can only recommend!

Customer service is great but unfortunately I have had so many problems with the products listed on eBay that I asked for all products to be removed. After that, because of the way they removed the products I have been temporarily suspended from trading on eBay. I would try to find another app.

However, in our experience, the temporary suspension of your eBay account is not related to our app. As a rule, such a block is the result of important account information being missing or outstanding processes. Timo has been super helpful and patient with helping us develop a custom app solution for us! Would highly recommend using this app if you want to avoid syncing issues as other apps have given us in the past. The support is very responsive too, have nothing negative to say about Lionz whole heartedly.

Very good app, so easy to sync our collections to ebay from Shopify. Had a glitch but was resolved instantly via support (Timo). I wanted an app that allowed me to control all orders from Shopify and did that perfectly. Also had 2 orders instantly.
