Useless, not transparent. sync works. export doesnt as its say no limit. on the app page its say no limit. but when you try to export the app says upgrade to higher plan which is not mentioned on the the app page. more clarity is needed. 2 start only because we manage to link some of product to the ebay.

The limitation you're seeing is not imposed by our app, but by your eBay account's listing limits. eBay determines these limits based on your seller account and the total available inventory of your listings. Our app itself has no product limit. To help sellers maximize their available eBay listing limits, we've built a native Inventory Optimization feature into the app. It intelligently optimizes the inventory sent to eBay, allowing many more products to be listed while keeping stock synchronized correctly with Shopify. If the message you saw was unclear, we'll review the wording and improve it to avoid misunderstandings for other sellers. We're always happy to help explain eBay's account limits, configure the Inventory Optimization feature, or answer any questions. Please feel free to contact us anytime.

I can't see any orders in the app to check that everything is syncing properly. It also says I have 0 products linked, yet I have 5 products linked. I don't feel the app is very transparent. I can't see orders from Ebay, I can't look at the products that are linked. It is way too basic UPDATE: The developers got in touch and added the feature I was looking for and I can now see the orders from Ebay and make sure they synced properly. Thanks for quickly correcting the problem and I hope to continue to see the app become more streamlined and user friendly.
UPDATE (June 19, 2026): The requested Order Sync History page is now available directly within the app. Sellers can now view imported eBay orders and their synchronization history without leaving the app. ------- Thank you very much for your feedback. The most important point for other sellers: Order and inventory synchronization works reliably. eBay orders are transferred correctly to Shopify, and inventory levels are automatically updated when sales are made. You’re right that the current app doesn’t yet offer a dedicated overview page for imported orders, since these are visible by default on the official Shopify orders page. Based on your feedback, we’re already working on an additional view for orders and associated products. This feature will be available in the coming days. We greatly appreciate your feedback and are continuously working to improve the app. If you have any questions or issues, we’re always happy to help.

Für unsere Anforderungen perfekt, alle wichtigen Funktionen vorhanden. Sehr intuitive Bedienung und einfache Einrichtung. Großes Lob auch an den Service - Antworten kommen express in wenigen Stunden. (teilweise sogar Minuten!)
