We’ve been using Lipscore for our small, family-run accessories brand for the past 3 months and have had a very positive experience to date. Collecting and displaying customer feedback has been simple, and the insights provided are genuinely useful rather than overwhelming. We’ve also found the support to be responsive and helpful when needed. Overall, Lipscore has proven to be a solid, cost-effective alternative our previous provider, Feefo, offering the key features we need while remaining approachable and flexible for a growing independent brand. We’d happily recommend it to other small businesses looking for a reliable review platform.

We looked around at various review platforms before making out decision and Lipscore came out on top across the board. The ease at which people can leave reviews was a top priority for us and how they embed themselves into our site so everything is on brand from what you see on our site to the follow up email. We changed from Judge.Me for various reasons. Trust Pilot is a joke when you have reviews that are not actually reviews but just moaning about something that could be sorted out with a phone call or email. We even have 1 star reviews that are clearly made up by our competitors and those reviewers never bought any of our products (and we can prove it). Yet... we are still fighting not to be Trusted Pilot months later to remove them. Court action is our next step. Thankfully our LipScore reviews swamp what Trust Pilot has done with lots of genuine 5 Star Reviews :-) As for LipScore... All I can say is brilliant, it works !! The thing I am most impressed with is the onboarding and customer support.

We switched to Lipscore from Judge.Me and our review response rate went from around 2% with Judge.Me to over 51% with Lipscore and have almost got as many reviews & ratings in our first 2 months with Lipscore than we have had in 4 years with Judge.Me. If you want to get as many genuine review as quickly as possible, then Lipscore is the silver bullet to tackle this aspect of your online store.

Amazing software - review rate has been exponential since using Lipscore. Conversion rate up as a result, widgets all look great and easy to use within Shopify. Devs will sort it all out for you. Our account manager, Georgina has been incredible throughout and nothing is too much for her.
