We migrated from a well known, more expensive review channel to Lipscore. The main reason is that it's really easy for our customer to quickly leave a review. Everyone is short on time and this is so easy for them. Josh at Lipscore handled everything really smoothly and he imported all of our previous reviews, it was so simple!

We love the Lipscore app. It provides wonderful feedback and allows us the chance to improve customer experience when needed. We have tried a few review apps but the response to review invites since using Lipscore has been astronomically better. The analytics are really good, but the main positive points are the support and a dedicated account managers. Highly recommended

Really friendly and helpful team who are easily available on messenger to help. The app itself creates alot of ratings and reviews as it is very easy for customers to use and it's very quick to leave a star rating so generates a good percentage of reviews

We're just coming to the end of our trial period with Lipscore and have been nothing but impressed. The onboarding process was seamless with effective communication and support. The service in action has been a great tool for both gaining review insights from customers, but also for enabling us to go the extra mile in terms of service. I'm coming to the end of the trial with Lipscore and have to say this is an amazing feature for our store - it is amazing to see such great feedback from our customers and really useful for first-time customers to have any fears put aside the proof of quality in way of product reviews.
