We hadn’t come across Lipscore before they reached out, but I’m so glad they did! Since switching to their platform, our response rate and review conversions have significantly increased. Our experience with Lipscore has been overwhelmingly positive. The migration from our previous review platform was smooth and straightforward. The dashboard is user-friendly, and their team is incredibly helpful whenever we need support. Would recommened to any company looking to increase reviews

We have had a really positive experience with Lipscore since migrating over from another reviews platform. Big wins include owning our own reviews, our response rate has shot up, sharing reviews across multiple Shopify stores and all their other features. A competitively priced package and an above-and-beyond service from everyone in their team. Very much recommend to anyone hoping to get more out of their customer reviews.

I know the value of customer reviews and testimonials and have struggled to secure them over the 10 years I have been in business. I hadn't heard of Lipscore when they called me, but I knew that I had nothing to lose by taking the plunge! The implementations was straight forward and painless. And wow....I have had more reviews in the 2 months since go-live than I have had in 10 years! The tools is easy to use and easy for customers to navigate!

The benefits of switching to the platform were immediately clear, and the team was incredibly helpful in getting us set up. The onboarding process was seamless. Having all our reviews directly on our site, rather than on an external platform, has strengthened our customer focused approach and made us more transparent. As a subscription-based company, the system integrates perfectly with our model.

I have this on four of our sites. It literally generates 4x+ the reviews that we get on Trustpilot, Trusted Site, and Judge.me, all of which we still use as well. Good ROI.

UPDATE TO THIS: Since having some issues with how the star rating system was being perceived by our customer base, Lipscore has worked with us to provide great customer service. They've added a feature for our invites to get clients to confirm their ratings as to not have as many low star ratings done as a mistake thinking they are good ratings. Works, but can lead to false negative reviews if the customer does not read properly or understand the "Star" rating system (Sounds ridiculous I know, but it'll happen more than you think). Their method does get a lot of reviews and stars in a quick amount of time. Gives you great feedback on your products and how they are enjoyed by your customer base. Very responsive staff to their customer's needs.

We have been using Lipscore for a couple of months now. I must say that I was hugely impressed with the onboarding support and process. Josh explained the service well and I was impressed and intrigued by the results in his examples.... these targets have been surpassed in our experience Angela was absolutely fantastic and thorough in her onboarding process... I couldn't speak more highly of her, absolute credit to the brand. The actual system is easy to use and monitor and we have seen an increase in reviews from 1% to 37%.. its given us more opportunity to speak to customers and rectify any issues. Overall It's been fantastic.

Great experience from start to finish. We previously use Trustpilot for product reviews but were only getting a 2% response rate. We are now getting 32% with Lipscore. The process for the customers is easy and intuitive resulting in more reviews. Onboarding & service is amazing - would highly recommend.

We have had a fantastic experience with Lipscore so far! The integration process (paid) was very seamless and transparent; we had an assigned onboarding manager that walked us through each step and ensured we had Lipscore configured exactly the way WE wanted! Their customer service and account teams are very proactive and want to see their customers succeed. Such a refreshing and different approach to something as simple as customer reviews, but it makes all the difference. There are a lot of tools at your disposal with Lipscore, and a supportive team that stands behind their product. 6/5 experience!

Absolutely love lipscore! The best decision to move over from our previous provider. If you're debating it definitely talk to the team who are so friendly, helpful and really attentive over email and phone. We are seeing great results from only being on the platform a few months and are excited to see where it goes in the future. Initially dealing with Angela she is great and so easy to communicate with and then follow ups and check ins with Josh have been great, thanks guys!

Would highly recommend Lipscore. The integration and support have been fantastic but the biggest improvement has been to our response rate which has improved to over 40%. On top of this the whole process of using the Lipscore interface is much more customer-centric allowing us to follow up directly with customers and ask for more information or offer solutions. This goes a huge way to improving our customer's shopping experience.

Well, what can I say? Lipscore integration has been a roaring success for us and having reviews right there on the product page of our website is invaluable information for prospective customers or regulars. The uptake on customers leaving reviews is 4 x the national average in our industry so you can imagine we are extremely happy with Lipscore! Amazing onboarding support, amazing customer service, amazing software. Considerably cheaper than Trustpilot and we're getting WAY better response stats from customers. If you're concerned about getting migrated over, don't be, they took care of everything and made it easy. Highly recommended.
