Lipscore has been a brilliant review app for us and has made a huge difference in just one month. We’ve seen a massive boost in reviews, and the best part is that they’re all genuine. We also have full control over fake or inappropriate reviews, which gives us real peace of mind. Our response rate is now over 28%, and we received 666 reviews in the last month alone. That’s a huge leap from our previous review platform, where we were only getting around 5 reviews per month. The platform is simple and easy to use, and the customer support team has been fantastic. They’re quick to respond, helpful, and have answered every question we’ve had along the way. We’d 100% recommend Lipscore to any Shopify store, no matter the size or scale. We've had a great experience using Lipscore. The product has delivered exactly what was promised and achieved an excellent response rate - currently 23% over the past 30 days, compared to the 3% average we were getting from our previous platform over the last five years. On top of that, everyone we’ve dealt with at Lipscore has been brilliant - personal, friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. We’d definitely recommend them.

We recently integrated the Lipscore Shopify App into our Shopify store and the whole process was honestly very smooth and straightforward. Unlike other platforms, there was no unnecessary hassle when it came to syncing products and order data. The integration was basically one click and everything started syncing properly straight away. We’ve only been using Lipscore for around 3-4 weeks, but the engagement and review response rate has already gone up noticeably. Big thanks as well to Angela, who made the entire process really easy. She was very responsive, proactive, and always available whenever we had questions during the setup. Overall, really happy with Lipscore so far and would definitely recommend it to other Shopify stores.

We absolutely love the Lipscore integration we’ve built into our ecommerce store. It’s a fantastic way to show trust and transparency, allowing real consumers to share their experiences with our products. The setup process was very straightforward and easy to implement within our Shopify store. We’ve had a really positive experience using Lipscore. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to use. It also integrates seamlessly onto our website, and looks great on our product pages. I have had the best experience! There are plenty of review platforms on the app store however I chose to pick Lipscore after seeing some other stores using this. So I decided to give it a go. And wow, I was blown away! I had a dedicated account manager to email who would reply in minutes as well as an easy and quick on boarding call. It is worth the money all day long - we are seeing almost double the amount of sales now we are showing reviews.

We’ve had a really positive experience with this app. It’s easy to use, does what it’s supposed to, and the insights are genuinely helpful for understanding our customers. Georgina has also been great to work with - always responsive, easy to communicate with, and very on top of things. It makes a big difference having that kind of support. Overall, a reliable tool that’s added real value for us. Would happily recommend it.

Brilliant! Great service and our ratings have gone up massively since we started using them. My only critiscm is that the widgets aren't great for your own branding and are very limited in colours etc but I this is something that they are working on and are very receptive to helping to code it to suit in with your site. Highly recommend.
