Just joined and so far everything is working great! The support is exceptional and they are very keen to help me get this right. I appreciate their support. Tried a few other apps to connect Etsy, but thay did not have as many features as LitCommerce. Very easy to understand and use.

Wonderful integration software. Best part is I don't need to learn different software for different marketplaces. I will get a hold on one software 'LitCommerce' and integerate Etsy, Ebay, Amazon and few more. Wonderful support is the main factor that makes it the best.

This is the 3rd app I have used to connect to Amazon. The first two were complicated. This one is much easier. It took some time but the customer service was great!

The platform is very user friendly and easy to learn. I moved to this platform from Marketplace Connect (Codisto) to help manage my walmart listings. Setting up the templates and applying them is super easy and convenient. All the support staff has been very quick to help and easy to access. If the first level support can't help, they quickly escalate the issue and get it resolved in a matter of a few days, unlike Codisto who tooks months. After issue resolution, the first level support follows back up and always eager to help. It's nice to know I have a team on my side.

Harvey from their support team is great. This app will help you get your shopify store connected with Etsy. The only downside (which isn't on LitCommerce) is that Etsy won't allow customers shipping and billing addresses to communicate across on orders into Shopify.

After dealing with the frustration of bot-only support on other platforms, LitCommerce has been a breath of fresh air. Their tech support team is available 24/7, and most importantly, you get to speak with real people. Every interaction has been fast, helpful, and genuinely supportive. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble or an inconvenience to them, which is rare and deeply appreciated. As for the platform itself, I’m happy to say it just seems to work. Setup is straightforward, and on the occasion I’ve needed help, the LitCommerce team has been quick to assist. Their willingness to guide me through any setup issues makes the whole experience smooth and stress free. So far, I’ve been using LitCommerce to manage my eBay and Etsy stores, and it’s been a solid experience. Provided everything continues to run smoothly, I’m looking forward to expanding onto other marketplaces. Recommended for anyone looking for a reliable multichannel selling solution backed by exceptional human support.

Great app for Shopify–Amazon integration. The only drawback is that customer or address information can't be imported from Shopify to Amazon. Otherwise, it works well for creating product listings from Shopify to Amazon. The excellent part is the support—they reply quickly whenever you need help.

Ich habe viele Portale verglichen und ich bin zu LitCommerce gekommen, bis dato sehr zufrieden mit der Einfachheit und Genauigkeit, die man zugleich anwenden kann. Ich verwende aktuell Etsy und TikTok Shop. Man kann mit Meta-Feldern arbeiten und alles genaustens anpassen für jede einzelne Plattform. Klasse! Auch der Support hilft richtig weiter.

We had such a great experience with LitCommerce while resetting up our Shopify, Etsy, and TikTok stores. Pauline went above and beyond to guide us through the process and made everything smooth and stress-free. they are very attentive, not because of good customer service, but because they knew their app will fail and 100 percent ready to assist just not to loose some client.. my price was set up to increase by 50 fixed price but was listed 50% off instead. lost money for all the orders because of this error. i installed this up 2days ago and since then all my prices are a mess.. up and down.... shoe was supposed to add 100 fixed amount, but listed at 100% more.. was planning to connect to different marketplaces but i don't want to have more orders just because of low ball prices generated by this app. its lower... than the capital, hell yeah... never again... don't advice me to cancel the order because it's auto-fulfil, i trusted that platform for good service, but was wrong about using this LitCom

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit LitCommerce. Das Mapping zu eBay lässt sich schnell und einfach aufsetzen. Mit Templates und Recipes lässt sich das Einstellen der Artikel stark beschleunigen. Die Synchronisation funktioniert zuverlässig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schnelle und freundliche Customer Support, der wirklich in Probleme einsteigt und Lösungen anbietet.
