My initial experience with Pauline at LitCommerce has been excellent. I was given everything I needed to get myself set up with this app on Shopify to centralise the management of my stores across Shopify, Amazon and eBay. Couldn't be more pleased with the service. Thanks Pauline.

Mit LitCommerce braucht man eigentlich keine andere App mehr. Die Lernkurve ist sehr steil aber der Support ist via Bot immer zu erreichen und wenn der mal nicht weiter weiß kommt der richtige Support. 5/5 Sterne würde ich immer weiter empfehlen.

I’ve tried many solutions to integrate eBay with my store—first on WooCommerce and now on Shopify—and nothing comes close to LitCommerce. The integration is straightforward, but the features are impressively advanced. I’m especially a huge fan of their template system, which lets me quickly modify product descriptions in bulk through a simple and intuitive form. On top of that, their support is second to none—responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to simplify multi-channel selling!

Super Verbindung zwischen verschiedenen Verkaufsplattformen und einfaches pflegen des Warenbestandes. Bei jeder Frage, hilft der Support sofort und mit einfachen Step by Step Anleitungen konnte bisher jede Frage umgesetzt werden. Sehr zufrieden.

Just got started, and so far so good! I've been wanting an app for Reverb.com integration for some time, and this seems like a great option. Relatively easy setup and a good UI makes the work easy, also great help via the easy online chat portal from Ruby, thank for the assistance!

We've been using LitCommerce to connect our Shopify primary store to our listings on eBay and Amazon. I had a fantastic support exchange with Mona at LitCommerce to help us learn the platform and untangle some things. Excellent support that helped us learn and adapt our processes to be more effective and efficient in using the platform.

So far so good, will update review in the future. Takes some learning but seems well laid out. I don't like not being able to update all products to a channel at once instead of batches of 100. I know channels have limits but it could at least be queued. I have 3 channels connected, would like to bring my other channels to this platform but it's gets really pricey. Also if the listing type is not the same across all channels the products cannot be linked, weird as it should just connect to the SKU. Support are excellent and have always been helpful in resolving any issues or queries.

I am currently in the trial period but I can honestly say that the Customer support both on the day I signed up and ongoing is beyond good, it is the best I have experienced. I have used other applications and they are difficult to use and take ages to come back to you to resolve an issue. It is early days for me but this software looks and feels amazing Would highly recommend this
