Once you get your head around some of the quirks and it's set up correctly, it works great. The support have been outstanding, very quick to reply and resolve the few issues I had (some of which were my understanding of how to use the system). Very impressed and at a very reasonable price.

Evelyn was amazing to work with and we solved a pretty complicated issue collaboratively. She was patient and understood I wasn't an expert in their platform and got us to a resolution that saved me hours of extra work. A++++

This app has been super helpful in syncing between my website and my Etsy shop. It has saved me a lot of time in having to create listings and keep them updated across websites. Also support has been super helpful when I was have an issue linking listings. The issue was resolved very quickly.

He didn’t just give quick answers — he made sure I fully understood how everything works so I can confidently use the platform moving forward. So far, my experience has been very positive thanks to his support.

Well so far this app has been excellent, with excellent support. We have got as far as setting up LitCommerce templates for Shopify to Etsy. Our Shopify product descriptions rely on dynamic content (metaobjects) - LitCommerce templates seem to handle this with relative ease. We still need to fine tune our workflow internally, with LitCommerce we can see our revised workflow, flowing much better between channels. We are migrating from WP/Woo to Shopify/WP and hope to be live on the new site by the end of March. And consistent on all channels (Shopify, Etsy, Ebay, Amazon). At the beginning as with any new software there is a learning curve, but LitCommerces' is not too steep - their fantastic support team eases the way tremendously. We have yet to delve into orders, that's the next stage. But following this trend things should be fine.

Harvey knows his stuff. Haven't got it fully operational yet, but so far seems to make sense.
