The tech support is very responsive and willing to help with any issues quickly. They were willing to go above and beyond and help me fix complex issues with my sales channel connection. I would highly recommend this app for anyone's store to help them send orders to their supplier.

Only have bad things to say about this app. I've used another app in the past for Ebay, and it worked great, was able to download 10K+ products in less than 1-2 hours, very user friendly and never needed to reach out to customer service. Add to try another app for a new channel that we now have, and this one is a nightmare. To upload multiple products, you have to uplaod from Shopify, then upload through their templates, then uplaod to the desired channel. For 10K + products, I'm now at 3 days of upload of work. Some download stopped at some point for no reason, and gets frozen. You then have to reach out to customer service, who solve the problem in 12 hours. So you cannot do anything by that point. Also, the pricing mentions X$ for X number of listings. But if you list your items on 2 channels, it means that your listing will be doubling, and therefore you have to take a new subscription tier. For 10K+ products, I had to upgrade to the 20K listing because I had 2 channels. Knowing that upfront, I would have chosen another app, doing the same thing, but way less expansive. I regret a lot taking this app, since now after all of this work, I'm considering just deleting everything and moving on to another app, as the monthly pricing is probably 5X the other available app on the market. Choose another app.

Harvey is very patient and walk me through steps by steps to make sure I understand how to use the app and solve my issues. I've been using them for a year and so far having good experience with the app and their customer service

Barley works as it should... customer support replies fast, but its pretty much ai replies... they waste your time and run you in circles. Its been over charging me for months and not allowing me to publish any new items, just gives an error. Im paying for 1000 listings and only have 200 live. They support just gives automated ai replies... I wouldn't recommend this app, unfortunately. I wish it worked as it promised.

App user friendly and easy to manage, easy for generate business inquiries, mainly screen easy to digest the information, the API connectivity as well is really fast, and the customer service provided is really attritive

I worked with Cedcommerce prior working with Lit Commerce and the difference is big, we find the lit commerce much more user friendlier and easy to work with so far. In addition I'm working with Mona and i find him very helpful.
