I had some trouble getting started and Chloe from customer service literally walked me through each different marketplace setup and stayed with me until it was complete. GREAT customer service. And once it's integrated, it's super easy to maintain. I'd tried others first, like Marketplace from Shopify and Ced, but I wanted more expansive options of platforms to sync to from my Shopify store. Happy with my choice.

We tried virtually every eBay <-> Shopify syncing app on the App Store, before pulling the trigger with LitCommerce. Not only is it the best app by a country mile, it has virtually every feature we required. Alongside that, the support team are phenomenal. They have an answer to every question we've had.

Great tool, making the whole thing seamless. But even better was the attention and care from the support team, especially Harvey. Really took the time to understand my issue and getting the answers and other team members involved that were necessary to get it taken care of quickly and up and running smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

I've tried other apps to sync orders and inventory. Most of them has a lot of bugs, and others are way to expensive to small business like mine. But the best of all, the great support for any issue that you can encounter!

LitCommerce has been soooo helpful in onboarding me. Allowed me to move from Amazon to Shopify and then branch out my whole store to eBay and Tiktok within 2 days! The best thing about LitCommerce is the customer support service agents, like Nick, Rachel and more. They really are trained and understand to help you get to the root cause of the issues and help you resolve it. Amazon listings variations took me a long time to understand on Amazon platform, but the LitCommerce team really simplified the whole process, and made me understand it step by step (something that you will never get with Amazon support). I am just so grateful for the support provided and wish to continue to grow my company with LitCommerce :). Thanks guys!
