Wasted 2 weeks of my time. Back and forth with questions about their integrations with OnBuy, TikTok and Etsy. Finally got OnBuy approval, installed LIT Commerce on Shopify only to find that the listings created on OnBuy did not meet OnBuy's minimum standard. Crucially the videos were not sent across either. This is because they just have an API link, not a full integration. So it was not fit for purpose. Service was okay to start with but as soon as the problems arose they were clueless to resolve them. Will go elsewhere and find some software that is more ready than this, which is just a work in progress.

The app has worked well and saved me a good bit of time. Also, I recently asked customer support for some help with a question and the custom service individual was knowledgeablem pleasant and very helpful! Thanks!

Sehr praktisches Tool mit dem man verschiedene Marktplätze gut miteinander verknüpfen kann. Bei Fragen oder Problemen hilft einem immer sehr schnell der Support über den Chat.

The ap didn't do what I needed it to do and was unclear, even after talking to assistants. There is no way to cancel this ap on shopify, no cancel button. I contacted them to cancel it, they said they would not charge me. They have charged me. I am now trying to get a refund. If you had a CANCEL PAYMENT button, you would not be getting a 1 star review. This is the 3rd time I am trying to stop this ap. Just taking peoples money, with no way to cancel it, is really bad practice. I will be reporting this to my bank fraud team.

We have been a multichannel online store for many years, utilizing some higher end and costly solutions to manage our listings, inventory, and orders across all of our channels. Litcommerce does all of the above and does it at a very affordable price. We transitioned over to Litcommerce back in June and haven't looked back! We highly recommend this app!

Harvey was very helpful to get things up and running. It was quite straightforward but he gave me confidence in a supporting role - being there as a back up if needed.

Mal eine tolle App die auch richtig gut supported wird. Als Seller hat man nicht das Gefühl allein zu sein und wird souverän durch alle nötigen Schritte geführt.

Sehr schneller und kompetenter Support. Litcommerce ist schneller und letzten Endes einfach zu bedienen als viele andere Tools. Besonders praktisch und essenziell ist die Sync-Funktion mit dem Invantar, um Doppelverkäufe auf mehreren Plattformen zu vermeiden.

This has been the easiest and most complete app I've tried for pushing my products to eBay. The template and recipe features help automate a lot. All apps like this have a learning curve but after two days I feel like I have my head wrapped around it and most of my ~1,000 products are listed. I've dealt with two people for support so far and both have been professional and very helpful in helping me get setup.

We had tried other multichannel solutions on the Shopify App Store prior to LitCommerce and for one reason or another were forced to explore other options. Our experience with LitCommerce has been nothing but exceptional. The product itself is nearly perfect for our current needs. Pricing is fair when compared to the current market. Their support team is one of the best we have worked with (and we deal with a lot of support teams.) Feedback, feature requests, account inquiries - every contact has been treated above and beyond what one would expect from online support these days. The product is great, but in our opinion, the care and professionalism of the support team makes them the best option on the marketplace in our opinion. We encourage anyone branching out into the multichannel waters to give this product a test before looking elsewhere. A big thank you to Jean and the LitCommerce Team for such an exceptional experience. One note: Amazon has employed a more restrictive approach to their API in recent years and 3rd party developers are required to go through a highly complicated and lengthy application process to receive customer address information for orders. LitCommerce is in the process of the application; however until it is complete, address information will come in as randomized strings for Amazon orders and will need to be obtained manually through your Amazon merchant account. It is our only current negative and is not a deal breaker for us but it would be unfair not to mention.
