Dose not work very well with Amazon and Walmart. Seems like a great idea but software needs more development and intelligence. Seems to be a Alpha or Beta product still. Had issues like multiple listings on amazon and unable to read product categories. Also had field descriptions not able to read Shopify data fields like color. Support was friendly and eager to help but not able to get to work and received a lot of customer service canned answers. Learning videos are great but not able to get me to the finish line. I put around 15 hours in support to many nights past 1am EST. Support seems to be in far east and only able to reply from 9pm to 8am. Probably will be a great product as it matures. Not interested in being thier R&D while paying for service. Free version dose not give you ability to use product so I paid for premium.

Great support and excellent assistance with setting up the channels! Highly recommended! They are very accommodating and even adjust the paid plans to meet your needs.

The support is fast and efficient. Rachel is helpful and gave lots of useful information. The app is practical and comprehensive. I'm glad I found the app.

LitCommerce is a wonderful solution and their tech support (such as RUBY) are the best!! Wonderful communication skills and exceptional problem solving abilites. Highly recommend.

Pretty easy to use overall. Takes a bit of time to learn all of the features, but the UX is pretty straightforward and intuitive. Customer support is stellar. Definitely among the best support I've received on any Shopify app

I have paid and tried many of the Ebay Integration Apps, and found LitCommerce to be the best in Support and as a functioning program. Most of the Developers do not use the their own software and don’t realize what is truly needed. LitCommerce Is different in that I never feel lost. Menus are all plain and clear. I love being able to view the products in Large and small Versions (Editing mode). Quit wasting your money and time on other Apps and dive into LitCommerce instead. I have not been paid for this review. I really am a paying customer.

I've been using LitCommerce for the past 2.5 years to integrate my Reverb store with my Shopify store. The setup/integration was pretty simple, and the process works very well. I do all of my product editing in Shopify, then I export that info to my Reverb store through LitCommerce. Reverb orders then get seamlessly synced to Shopify also through LitCommerce. I've had a few minor problems over this time, but the folks at LitCommerce have always fixed things very quickly. Same day or next day solutions have been my experience. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and the support.

Okay, so I've been using LitCommerce for my Shopify store and honestly, it's been a lifesaver! It does everything - listing products, keeping track of orders, even helping me with my marketing. At first, I thought it looked kinda basic, not gonna lie. But don't let that fool you! This thing is seriously powerful. Plus, their support team is AMAZING. Whenever I've had a question (and trust me, I've had a few!), they've been super helpful and quick to respond.

Very impressed with the app and support service received so far. Integrated my Reverb store to my main Shopify site very smoothly and was guided through the product listing and linking procedures. I was assisted via chat support by both Rachel and Pauline who were very professional and easy to communicate with. 5 stars to them both! I'd recommend LitCommerce over and above other apps that I've had numerous issues with in the past. Ben, Vanson Guitars.

Great app for two-way syncing shopify inventory and sales with ebay and customer service is extremely helpful if you have any issues!

Great app after searching through so many that claim to do so much. Litcommerce works and does what they say. It took some time to figure out how it worked and I needed tons of help to get started but their chat support is superb and very response. They were able to customize how my platforms were mapped and provided great support all along the way. Would highly recommend.

5-star support. Far superior to Marketplace Connect support, CEDCommerce, and Amazon Integration Plus. Unfortunately, we had to uninstall the app because it is not capable of syncing customer data (name, address, phone) from Amazon orders to Shopify. We were told we had to manually copy and paste the data for each order.

I've been using Lit Commerce for a while now. Before Lit Commerce I had tried them all! None of them worked well and the costs just kept escalating. I use Lit Commerce to sync my Shopify store and my Etsy store - I sell one of a kind items and I have a lot of inventory. The Lit commerce software allows me to never worry about oversells and it syncs my inventory and orders perfectly. The software does so much more than just that though. Aside of the software - the customer service team!!! OUTSTANDING - there is no waiting - most things are resolved straight away. They are kind, polite and very professional. I highly recommend Lit Commerce. They're great!
