Disappointing Support Experience – Be Cautious I wish I had read the reviews before trying this app. First, there is no demo or one-on-one onboarding—support is offered only via chat, and it can take a very long time to get a response. Most of the replies feel like canned copy-paste answers from documentation, rather than real help. A major issue arose when dealing with parent/child products that already have UPCs but aren't listed on Amazon yet (i.e., needing to create a new ASIN). Support insisted that I apply for a GTIN exemption, which is incorrect—GTIN exemptions are for products that don’t have UPCs, typically generic or private-label items. Trying to explain this was exhausting. After nearly 4 hours of back-and-forth, I gave up. The app shows potential, but the lack of live support (even paid options) makes it very hard to trust—especially for sellers managing thousands of products. If you're in that category, be cautious before committing.

I've been using LitCommerce for a while now, and I have to say, it's a great budget-friendly alternative to other platforms. It's really easy to use and has all the features I need to sync and link my inventory across multiple marketplaces. I can quickly list products, update inventory in real time, and avoid overselling. Everything stays organized, and I don't have to deal with complicated setups. If you're looking for a simple and reliable tool for managing inventory across different sales channels, LitCommerce is a solid choice.

Customer Service is great and fast. Easy to communicate with them and they always provide answers and other solutions should they not be able to fix something in the app

This app is superior to the other integrations we have tried so far. The online chat support has been very helpful. The agents I spoke with were clear, patient with me and have always found me the best answer. We will be running three integrations with LitCommerce and I look forward to the next three months as we gain even more insight and understanding of our options. Pricing is reasonable and very easy to understand.

Stay away, if you have variants and need to submit to Amazon it's impossible, support is inefficient and it's full of errors, they tell to make crazy complicate metafields to fix it, absolutely not recommended, much easier to do it directly on Amazon

I have used more than 10 other listing tools in my ecommerce career and the user interface and setup has been wonderful. I have contacted support twice so far and both times they far exceeded my expectation. I had one small setting off that was preventing my Walmart listings from synching and Harvey helped me very quickly. They seem to staff their live chat 24 hours a day and it isn't an AI bot!

had such a great experience working with Ruby! She helped me sync my website to TikTok Shop seamlessly and walked me through setting up SKUs properly. She also showed me how to create separate titles and descriptions for TikTok without affecting my website listings, while still keeping the stock count perfectly synced across both platforms. Ruby was incredibly lovely, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process—she made something that felt really complicated so much easier to manage. Highly recommend her support!

Beyond easy to onboard to coming from other tools that required a lot more effort to match you inventory up. The support team has also been incredibly helpful at getting me onboarded and set up. Thanks to Evelyn for answering all my questions!

You have been amazing! I understand it all. eBay is the one that is playing up. Need to sort that out with them and then get back to you. The interface is great, easy to manage and syncing is quick too!

I've tried a couple other solutions for managing inventory and product listings across multiple channels, and LitCommerce is hands-down the best one I've found. The templates are a godsend for syncing products from my main Shopify store to my Etsy shop -- they make it quick and easy to ensure that the right attributes and descriptions are applied. I rarely encounter issues, but when I do, their support is great. They're based on the other side of the world from me so occasionally I have to wait a bit before someone is able to respond to me (because I'm sending messages to them in the middle of their night), but typically when that happens I wake up the next morning to find that they've solved my problem in the middle of my night. Five stars, zero complaints; I'm very happy with this service.

We've been using LitCommerce for over a year now, and it's been awesome! Super easy to use, and it makes listing products across multiple channels a breeze. The templates pull in details from my Shopify listings, saving loads of time, and the pricing recipes let me automatically set pricing rules on different channels. Orders sync quickly across all channels, so we don't have to deal with double sales. For the price, it's an absolute no-brainer *** highly recommended!

Mit LitCommerce braucht man eigentlich keine andere App mehr. Die Lernkurve ist sehr steil aber der Support ist via Bot immer zu erreichen und wenn der mal nicht weiter weiß kommt der richtige Support. 5/5 Sterne würde ich immer weiter empfehlen.
