Awesome support team, patiently helps to guide us through the settings for Walmart. I hope they'll make support through video calls an option, though. It would've made setting things up so much faster!

I am a new user. When I had a question, I just selected the chat feature; a support person came on right away and answered my questions. Today, I had another issue, and Tracy was super helpful.

Finally - an app that works! After struggling with Shuttle for months, I finally moved over to LitCommerce. Wish I had done it much sooner! It's made syncing Shopify Etsy simple and reliable. I’ve made more progress in an hour here than months struggling with Shuttle. Clear dashboard, smooth setup, and everything just works! And the customer service is beyond helpful! Rachel has been online and available to help me ever step.

ALL of the customer service folks I've dealt with at LitCommerce have been AMAZING. I'm a newbie, and they all were patient, thorough, and extremely helpful. I had looked into another product syncing service before this and not only was the product awful, but the customer service was beyond lacking. LitCommerce has been great-- they follow up quickly, they allow you to download your convo for reference, and, in some cases they personalize plans to suit your specific needs. I typically don't leave reviews unless it's a bad experience to be honest--but this was a good one and it deserves all the stars. Thanks, LitCommerce!! I'll be launching my new website soon and it's in big part because of all of you. A+ all around! :)

Great support team, Harvey from Lit Commerce helped us doing the initial setup and made sure we wer all set, he also went out of his way to make sure we understand how to load products and sync the inventory, he didn't rushed us off untill we were all set and ready to go. Thank you.

Great app for integration with Etsy and Ebay. We've always had excellent customer service with LitCommerce and any issues have been resolved quickly. They are very attentive and it seems at least there is an actual team supporting the app vs. a "one-man show". I love supporting the little guy, but time sensitive matters like a web-store sometimes need more hands on deck. Initially there were some issues when connecting our Shopify store to Etsy, but after a quick message, support escalated the issue and came up with a solution by the next morning when I woke up! The app seems to always be getting new updates and so far we have not run into any major problems that caused much headache. As with any integration app, LitCommerce has some unexpected problems, but overall our experience has been very positive and I believe they deserve a full 5 stars. No incentive or tricks for me to leave this review, just my honest experience. Thank you LitCommerce.
