Very useful add on. Support is superior which is very rare these days. They have guided me very patiently how to migrate offers from Etsy to Amazon. Highly recommend.

We have encountered issues with other platforms that LitCommerce supports. One of those platforms has been critical for the growth of our business, but it has taken 3+ years to resolve. We decided to address the issue with LitCommerce to see if they could help. In spite of the policies LitCommerce has in place, the CSA went above and beyond to find a solution and worked with her management team to make it happen. She was efficient, clearly understood the issue and communicated throughout the entire process. The issue was resolved and we can now GrOW our business! Alyana was exceptional!

Amazing Customer service. It is a learn curve especially with Amazon but once you understand the app it becomes quite easy. I had a bunch of questions with Agent Cody with LitCommerce. I really appreciate him having patience and understanding and explained everything quite well, I can only hope in the future if I have an other issues to get an Agent as kind and dedicated as Cody. Thank you for all your help. Also Litcommerce videos on youtube also helps out a lot I high recommend watching them.

The app can be a bit confusing at first when you have multiple sales channels. But the customer support is helpful and responsive and the app is very useful

Excellent app that makes life a lot easier by bulk uploading all existing listings from eBay to shopify & etsy, or vice versa. The support team are actually on hand 24/7 and always give concise, comprehensive support to any of my queries, and will also show visual examples (screenshots with pointers etc to guide you). My only one qualm is that I cannot delete/discontinue an item from all platforms with one button, you have to go between to ensure they are ended and deleted. But in LitCommerce's defense this is to avoid accidental deletion of items. Harvey V. in particular has gone above and beyond with customer service for me. Thank you!

LitCommerce is a great tool for making your business more efficient and saving you time to work on more important tasks. Their team is great at dealing with mapping issues. We've been using their product for a while with great success.

Pauline is the best! I am in the process of migrating two different brands over to LitCommerce, from CED Commerce, as the software is much easier for us to use, particularly as we list on a large number of marketplaces. I screwed a few things up during this process, and Pauline has been patient with me, communicated clearly, and got us up and running in next to no time!

I do not recommend using this tool with Amazon. After a year of experience, I encountered numerous issues due to system flaws that negatively impacted my listings. I lost multiple sales as a result of the staff's limited ability to effectively troubleshoot these problems.

I've tried all the tools and made quite a mess of my inventory trying them out. I swore I wasn't going to try any more integration apps, but I reluctantly decided to try this one in a weak moment of desperation. WOW! THIS is how all the others should work, and I have been able to tease our the issues without causing further issues. They are very clear in their messaging about what will happen if a setting is enabled, which caused me to pause and reconsider where other products wrecked my systems. Furthermore, their customer support was quick and helpful in correcting the remaining issues! Harvey helped me on a Sunday to sort through SKU and linking issues, and was very polite in the process. Cross-platform listings are really difficult, but LitCommerce has finally made it a lot simpler. I think I can finally get back to running my business instead of my business running me! THANK YOU!

Wasted 2 weeks of my time. Back and forth with questions about their integrations with OnBuy, TikTok and Etsy. Finally got OnBuy approval, installed LIT Commerce on Shopify only to find that the listings created on OnBuy did not meet OnBuy's minimum standard. Crucially the videos were not sent across either. This is because they just have an API link, not a full integration. So it was not fit for purpose. Service was okay to start with but as soon as the problems arose they were clueless to resolve them. Will go elsewhere and find some software that is more ready than this, which is just a work in progress.

The app has worked well and saved me a good bit of time. Also, I recently asked customer support for some help with a question and the custom service individual was knowledgeablem pleasant and very helpful! Thanks!
