I have been attempting to integrate several different Apps to link my Shopify store with Ebay. All of the other competitors have not linked the store for some unknown reason and the support they gave was difficult as it was run by Bots. LitCommerce was easy to install and integrate. When having issues understanding the application Harvey was on standby in the support section and gave me more that an hour of undivided attention to get my issues rectified. FIVE STAR SERVICE.

I was completely new to using LitCommerce's eBay product import feature and honestly felt quite lost at first. I specifically wanted to import just one product from eBay, but I had no idea how to do selective importing instead of bulk importing. The live chat support was absolutely fantastic! The representative was incredibly patient and walked me through everything step by step. I didn't even know what an Item ID was, but they explained it so clearly with a real example - showing me how to copy the number from the eBay URL. It made perfect sense right away. They also explained the auto-link feature and when it's best to use it, which was really helpful. What impressed me most was how friendly and thorough they were throughout the entire process. Even when I had multiple questions, they never made me feel rushed and answered everything with such care. Thanks to their help, I now feel confident managing my product imports on my own. Disappointing Support Experience – Be Cautious I wish I had read the reviews before trying this app. First, there is no demo or one-on-one onboarding—support is offered only via chat, and it can take a very long time to get a response. Most of the replies feel like canned copy-paste answers from documentation, rather than real help. A major issue arose when dealing with parent/child products that already have UPCs but aren't listed on Amazon yet (i.e., needing to create a new ASIN). Support insisted that I apply for a GTIN exemption, which is incorrect—GTIN exemptions are for products that don’t have UPCs, typically generic or private-label items. Trying to explain this was exhausting. After nearly 4 hours of back-and-forth, I gave up. The app shows potential, but the lack of live support (even paid options) makes it very hard to trust—especially for sellers managing thousands of products. If you're in that category, be cautious before committing.

I've been using LitCommerce for a while now, and I have to say, it's a great budget-friendly alternative to other platforms. It's really easy to use and has all the features I need to sync and link my inventory across multiple marketplaces. I can quickly list products, update inventory in real time, and avoid overselling. Everything stays organized, and I don't have to deal with complicated setups. If you're looking for a simple and reliable tool for managing inventory across different sales channels, LitCommerce is a solid choice.

Customer Service is great and fast. Easy to communicate with them and they always provide answers and other solutions should they not be able to fix something in the app

This app is superior to the other integrations we have tried so far. The online chat support has been very helpful. The agents I spoke with were clear, patient with me and have always found me the best answer. We will be running three integrations with LitCommerce and I look forward to the next three months as we gain even more insight and understanding of our options. Pricing is reasonable and very easy to understand.

Stay away, if you have variants and need to submit to Amazon it's impossible, support is inefficient and it's full of errors, they tell to make crazy complicate metafields to fix it, absolutely not recommended, much easier to do it directly on Amazon

I have used more than 10 other listing tools in my ecommerce career and the user interface and setup has been wonderful. I have contacted support twice so far and both times they far exceeded my expectation. I had one small setting off that was preventing my Walmart listings from synching and Harvey helped me very quickly. They seem to staff their live chat 24 hours a day and it isn't an AI bot!

had such a great experience working with Ruby! She helped me sync my website to TikTok Shop seamlessly and walked me through setting up SKUs properly. She also showed me how to create separate titles and descriptions for TikTok without affecting my website listings, while still keeping the stock count perfectly synced across both platforms. Ruby was incredibly lovely, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process—she made something that felt really complicated so much easier to manage. Highly recommend her support!
