Must have app for eBay sellers. Easy listing creation and inventory sync. Customer service works hard to address any issues you may have.

I had a problem with importing products from Shopify into eBay. Rachel and the technical team did a fantastic job fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend LitCommerce!

I have been using this to list products on Etsy and so far it has been really easy to use. I needed some technical support and got a reply within minutes and my issue was resolved by Harvey. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome support. Live Chat support kept asking the right questions, including screenshots, to arrive at clear understanding of the customer's request. Then provided the necessary steps to resolve the problem.

All the features of a premium omnichannel solution at an affordable price. We found LitCommerce by accident searching for a better OnBuy solution than the "official" integration. It was easy to set up (some mapping teething troubles quickly resolved by the support team). After using LitCommerce for OnBuy for a couple of weeks, we have moved our eBay integration over to LitCommerce too, and will shortly be migrating our Amazon integration. We've used numerous marketplace integrations over different platforms and LitCommerce is the closest in performance and features to a well-known premium system costing thousands per year. Quick to use once you find your way around it and easy to get listing and selling and has streamlined our listing and order management process effectively. Well Done LitCommerce and keep up the great work!

The support team I worked with for several hours was knowledgeable and helpful. The chat was available almost 24/7, and whenever I got stuck with the new system, they were there to quickly configure each platform for me. I highly recommend this app, especially for those who may not have the technical skills to handle everything on their own.

The app is excellent. They worked with me to find a solution that best suited our 3 Channels. The support during normal working hours is very good.

It looks to be a great App! Couple of disappointing things, but there are workarounds to get past, less to do with the app & more to do with the Amazon API. Support services via Live Chat are the best I've seen from a 3rd party app on Shopify. Overall Great!

This app works well with Reverb.com and syncs the available quantities with each. Customer service via chat is very good, and fixes any issues quickly.
