Customer service is outstanding! They are very responsive to questions and seem eager to assist in any way they can. I am still learning how to use the app but so far so good!

I love using LitCommerce as a platform that connects my contents with my other social media networks. It's working well and I'm satisfied with the service. Their staff are very friendly and solve the problem fast. Overall I would give it a 5 star for the overall platform. I would highly recommend it.

I had a lot of questions regarding the app and spent whole day with her talking about the issues and how the app works . HIGHLY recommend this app. Easy to navigate and for any questions or roadblocks you come up against the chat support is EXCELLENT. They are very responsive and give very clear, simple instructions, which fast tracks the process. Publishing to multiple marketplaces is seamless and you can also create your own templates for each marketplace which is invaluable for streamlining processes. 10 out of 5 stars!!!

The app functions well overall, though it can occasionally be a bit confusing due to the different configurations required to get everything working exactly as desired. However, their customer service team has been outstanding—responding promptly to all my questions and resolving any issues I’ve encountered. Great integration and an excellent help center!

This app works great. We've been using it for our business for over a year now and it is very easy to use and saves time when creating multiple listings, compared to other apps we've used. We've run into very few problems using the app over this time and when we do, the support team has always been quick in resolving the issue.

Excellent live chat support, always available and helpful

Dose not work very well with Amazon and Walmart. Seems like a great idea but software needs more development and intelligence. Seems to be a Alpha or Beta product still. Had issues like multiple listings on amazon and unable to read product categories. Also had field descriptions not able to read Shopify data fields like color. Support was friendly and eager to help but not able to get to work and received a lot of customer service canned answers. Learning videos are great but not able to get me to the finish line. I put around 15 hours in support to many nights past 1am EST. Support seems to be in far east and only able to reply from 9pm to 8am. Probably will be a great product as it matures. Not interested in being thier R&D while paying for service. Free version dose not give you ability to use product so I paid for premium.

The support is fast and efficient. Rachel is helpful and gave lots of useful information. The app is practical and comprehensive. I'm glad I found the app.
