Very happy so far. It's a powerful system that will save my team a lot of time. We've been manually pulling orders from our website, etsy, ebay and reverb for years and putting them into a spreadsheet...and without any stock-sync! A nightmare that is over now thanks to Shopify and LitCommerce. Excellent support too. It's like having another member of the team on-hand to keep me right as I get going with the platform.

the platform is easy to use and navigate. fast enough. I am still new to litcommerce and not really familiar with it. but there is some few may things would be good if we have it. for example. AI on desiccation, sometimes the system slow to upload or open up. apart from this, I am happy with it.

This is an incredible software that links and syncs all our products on different platforms like tiktok and ebay seamlessly, it has made our life so much easier as a business, would highly recommend. The customer service is also excellent, I recently had a problem and Harvey helped me through the entire problem step by step and solved the issue. Thank you!

I really like using LitCommerce. The sync and inventory mgmt is great! It shows orders in real time and has been a huge stress relief knowing my inventory is correct! Great help center as well.

Have only been using for a week, but this app fills a great niche for me so far. eBay to Shopify store listing integration. eBay has the listing creation figured out but there is no way to easily import to Shopify that I found. Harvey in customer service has been very helpful answering questions.

So far so good. I've had this set up for a few days now and so far it's been excellent. The customer service section have been extremely helpful. They have helped me to get the features I need. I am hoping this proves to be as reliable long term as it has been so far.

Customer support is very helpful. We had a bit of an issue transferring from Sellbrite but Louisa has done a great job smoothing over some issues we have had.
