I do not recommend using this tool with Amazon. After a year of experience, I encountered numerous issues due to system flaws that negatively impacted my listings. I lost multiple sales as a result of the staff's limited ability to effectively troubleshoot these problems.

I've tried all the tools and made quite a mess of my inventory trying them out. I swore I wasn't going to try any more integration apps, but I reluctantly decided to try this one in a weak moment of desperation. WOW! THIS is how all the others should work, and I have been able to tease our the issues without causing further issues. They are very clear in their messaging about what will happen if a setting is enabled, which caused me to pause and reconsider where other products wrecked my systems. Furthermore, their customer support was quick and helpful in correcting the remaining issues! Harvey helped me on a Sunday to sort through SKU and linking issues, and was very polite in the process. Cross-platform listings are really difficult, but LitCommerce has finally made it a lot simpler. I think I can finally get back to running my business instead of my business running me! THANK YOU!

Wasted 2 weeks of my time. Back and forth with questions about their integrations with OnBuy, TikTok and Etsy. Finally got OnBuy approval, installed LIT Commerce on Shopify only to find that the listings created on OnBuy did not meet OnBuy's minimum standard. Crucially the videos were not sent across either. This is because they just have an API link, not a full integration. So it was not fit for purpose. Service was okay to start with but as soon as the problems arose they were clueless to resolve them. Will go elsewhere and find some software that is more ready than this, which is just a work in progress.

The ap didn't do what I needed it to do and was unclear, even after talking to assistants. There is no way to cancel this ap on shopify, no cancel button. I contacted them to cancel it, they said they would not charge me. They have charged me. I am now trying to get a refund. If you had a CANCEL PAYMENT button, you would not be getting a 1 star review. This is the 3rd time I am trying to stop this ap. Just taking peoples money, with no way to cancel it, is really bad practice. I will be reporting this to my bank fraud team.

We have been a multichannel online store for many years, utilizing some higher end and costly solutions to manage our listings, inventory, and orders across all of our channels. Litcommerce does all of the above and does it at a very affordable price. We transitioned over to Litcommerce back in June and haven't looked back! We highly recommend this app!

Harvey was very helpful to get things up and running. It was quite straightforward but he gave me confidence in a supporting role - being there as a back up if needed.

Sehr schneller und kompetenter Support. Litcommerce ist schneller und letzten Endes einfach zu bedienen als viele andere Tools. Besonders praktisch und essenziell ist die Sync-Funktion mit dem Invantar, um Doppelverkäufe auf mehreren Plattformen zu vermeiden.
