Harvey was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly walk me step-by-step through how to use the app and made sure I understood each feature before moving on. His instructions were clear, patient, and easy to follow, which made a potentially overwhelming setup process feel much more manageable. I really appreciate how responsive and thorough he was when answering my questions. He didn’t just give quick answers — he made sure I fully understood how everything works so I can confidently use the platform moving forward. So far, my experience has been very positive thanks to his support.

Well so far this app has been excellent, with excellent support. We have got as far as setting up LitCommerce templates for Shopify to Etsy. Our Shopify product descriptions rely on dynamic content (metaobjects) - LitCommerce templates seem to handle this with relative ease. We still need to fine tune our workflow internally, with LitCommerce we can see our revised workflow, flowing much better between channels. We are migrating from WP/Woo to Shopify/WP and hope to be live on the new site by the end of March. And consistent on all channels (Shopify, Etsy, Ebay, Amazon). At the beginning as with any new software there is a learning curve, but LitCommerces' is not too steep - their fantastic support team eases the way tremendously. We have yet to delve into orders, that's the next stage. But following this trend things should be fine.

Excellent Support – Fast, Professional & Solution-Oriented I had several technical issues while setting up my Amazon listing, including GTIN exemption configuration, variant mapping, and synchronization errors. The LitCommerce support team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They responded quickly, explained every step clearly, and helped me resolve complex publishing and syncing issues with Amazon. What I really appreciated was their patience and detailed guidance — even when the issue involved Amazon API limitations. Thanks to their support, my listing is now active and fully synchronized. I downloaded the app to manage my Etsy shop and found it simple and, above all, very useful and intuitive. For my first steps, I asked for help from the chat support team and was guided through every step. I must say, I've found few apps so well-designed and so supportive, even for users just starting out with syncing. Recommended!

2026-03-08 Update: After I wrote the below review, the team attempted to fix this issue. Unfortunately, they were not able to, and I had to search and they attempted to gaslight me into thinking the feature was not there. It was previously and they state they can't re-implement it due to eBay's API. Other multichannel software can do this with eBays API, and I am testing a few to see which one can replace Lit. 2026-02-07: Unfortunately Lit is not as LIT as it used to be. They do add features and that is great! What isn't great is when they remove time saving features and you are forced to figure out a workaround that takes 10 times as long as it did before. 1 instance being if you have a product in Shopify that has say 5 colors and 10 types. You list it to Etsy, then add 2 more types in shopify, you can then tell it to update the variants from shopify and it will do that so you don't have to add them all via etsy's interface. With ebay, you could do that, now you can't, you have to add them 1 at a time using a different page.
