This app is reasonably-priced and functions correctly to sync inventory and sales between Shopify and various sales platforms. Support chat is responsive and generally helpful.

I've only been using the tool for a day but it's been incredibly easy to use and very straight forward to set up and navigate and the customer service has been very attentive and friendly. Edit: After trying the tools out for longer. I'd recommend it still but there are some nuances to understand. There is a lot of setup and product listing housekeeping needed to make sure your listings match perfectly between Shopify and your platforms, e.g. listings that have variations on your other marketplaces need to also have the exact same variations on Shopify. Additionally, the Etsy integration is frequently not syncing listings due to rate limits, but that's 100% Etsy's fault. I've run into this issue on MANY platforms. Just something to be aware of if you sell on Etsy. As LitCommerce grows, the Etsy syncing issues will likely get worse as rate limits will get hit faster unless Etsy increases their API rate limits.

I just setip the LitCommerce app to sync my shopify store content to eBay, and overall the integration was very smooth. When I ran into 2 issues during setup, the online support immediately responded and handled the issues quickly. Thank you!

very good app. they solved my problem with tik tok shop. specially for the German Marketplace on Tik tok.

They were pretty good for a while. Now you have random outages where orders do not sync. Like we all know if you don't despatch on time on etsy or ebay you are penalised. So you hope with these types of apps that they inform you there is an issue with syncing. If they don't they could pretty much ruin your business over night.

Every time I’ve reached out, your support staff have been very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Today, I worked with Evelyn, and she was especially helpful — professional, patient, and very responsible. I would strongly recommend giving her a 5-star rating for her outstanding service. Your ongoing support truly deserves a world-class ranking. As a large-volume customer with over 10,000 items, I do feel that the subscription price is a bit high. I would really appreciate it if you could consider offering a discount for high-volume users like me. Thank you again for your excellent service and support!

Just downloaded this app and customer support has been awsome! Super helpful and attentive. Got all my questions answered and am now on my way to using this app. I'm hopeful since I was spending up to two hours some days to update inventory across all platforms. I'm excited to get going on this before the holiday season is here. It'll save me so much time.

LitCommerce is the real deal when it comes to marketplace integration. Reverb integration is essential for our business, but having seen and tried competing integration apps which cost me way more time than they saved, I was hesitant. However, LitCommerce has made the setup and inventory sync process as pain free as possible. As a major bonus, the support team is fantastic - kind, helpful and responsive when needed (thanks Pauline!). We now have near instant update of inventory and all orders across all sales channels feeding back to Shopify. This is a HUGE win and timesaver for us as well as consolidating all of our sales metrics in one dashboard on Shopify. It also allows us to scale our business in ways that weren't previously possible for our small team. LitCommerce is an amazingly well designed tool that is as user friendly as this type of app can be. There is still a learning curve to ensure optimal results. Invest time up front learning the flow and various options for configuring each sales channel. Spend time setting up templates for each sales channel, especially for categories and shipping profiles. This will save you time later while listing new products and you can always adjust the templates later if needed. Test a small number of listings representative of your catalog before syncing everything to minimize setup problems. We spent day one learning the flow and UI of LitCommerce, setting up templates, and publishing a small group of listings to test and validate the integration separately for each sales channel. We had our inventory synchronized across Shopify, Reverb, and eBay by the end of day two. I was anticipating a multi-week process. The ability to link products to listings already posted on those marketplaces saved us a great deal of effort during setup. We tailor listings titles and descriptions to different sales channels, but LitCommerce makes this a much faster process. Highly recommended integration platform.
