We’ve had a great experience using LitCommerce so far. The system is well-built, easy to navigate, and makes managing our expanding business much easier. Support has also been a big plus, when we do need help, responses are extremely quick and effective. Overall, LitCommerce is a reliable platform with strong features and solid support behind it, would highly recommend!

La aplicacion es bastante buena, la uso para la mayoria de mis marketplaces aunque me gustaria ampliarla a todos pero aun no es posible. El soporte casi siempre esta disponible y resuelven todos los problemas sin coste adicional al de la propia app

Great app for syncing products across marketplaces. Setup was simple, inventory stays accurate, and orders import smoothly. Saved us tons of time. Support is fast and helpful too. Highly recommend!

It is pretty straight forward to use. Make sure your listings are all cleaned up with sku's and Variations matching before you dig in too much.

Pauline was helpful and showed me something I originally thought was not possible totally was! I think she saved me about 3 days or working trying to figure it out and she waited with me to ensure I had solved my problem

The support staff are invaluable when you need help, and very patient. The tool works great for eBay, Etsy & Square. I love it!

I've talked with many support agents and they've been very helpful. The app is good. I find some workflows could be easier and more intuitive, but it does the job.

My experience with customer service rep Evelyn has been outstanding! Using her extensive knowledge of the Litcommerce App, she is helping me learn how to integrate my reverb.com shop with Shopify by using the Litcommerce App. There are many available tools on Litcommerce to make it happen. Evelyn has a thorough understanding of how to use all of these tools and features on the App. Also, Evelyn has been patient and responsive as I learn how to use the many options on the Litcommerce site.
