LitCommerce eBay Etsy Amazon +

I’ve been using LitCommerce for a while now to connect my Shopify store with multiple marketplaces, and overall it has made things much easier to manage. The syncing works well most of the time and saves a lot of manual effort when handling listings across different platforms. There are occasional issues, especially when it comes to price sync or listing control, but in many cases it’s more about setup or understanding the system properly. The good thing is their support team is responsive and usually helps resolve problems step by step.

Works well when all data is spot on. Some issues with linking orders by variant but customer support is helpful in troubleshooting.

I've been looking for a product to sync my inventory between etsy, ebay, and shopify, and this seems to do the trick. Their support assistance is definitely on point. Nearly instant response on chat, and the agent (Harvey) was able to find and fix the problem for me in a very informative way.

This is a great comprehensive tool for multi-channel selling. This has been working well for us listing 3000+ products, en masse, on a few platforms from our Shopify store.

Moved over to LitCommerce and the transition was seamless. It was very easy to link products and get everything running. On top of that, the support is first class, responses are almost instant and the support staff are extremely helpful. Very helpful and responsive

Overall I have enjoyed using LitCommerce. I use it to sync Shopify, Etsy, Ebay, Amazon and Walmart. I do encounter issues at times and often it is user error. However, they do respond within 24 hours to walk me through the problems and how to solve them.

I was new to lit commerce and did a chat with Harvy. He was SOOO patient with me and answered all my questions. I tried just about every app that bridges ebay and shopify lit commerce seems to have all the bells and whistles, easy to find things and understand, which is very important for me I am not terribly techy so has to be easy to find things and to understand. I am sure I will find more functions as time goes on and whatever I can't find I will just send a message to the team at online chat. If you were an inkfrog user this app is more modern but still has many of the same functions and believe me that is hard to find I tried many, lit commerce is the app of choice:):) I would recommend this, plus it was nice to get a real person not AI and I love AI for many things but not all.

Customer Service is 5 star. Sometimes due to time difference, you will have to wait a day but normally you get your issue remedied immediately.

Natalie, in chat, was extremely patient and helpful. I can't imagine trying to do the whole process without the hand-holding she provided. She was very knowledegable and very kind.
