I absolutely love Harvey! He is so patient, detailed, and truly understanding. I’ve been using this product for a while now, and it has been great. Anytime I’ve had an issue, it was fixed right away, which I really appreciate. It’s a solid product, and if you ever need help with the setup, having someone guide you through it makes the experience even better. Highly recommend

1 .CAUTION - Know the Risk. In order to install this app for a trial you have delete ALL other integration apps, including TikTok Shopify app, Google & Youtube, and Meta for Shopify. If you don't continue using it and you want to reinstall your previous apps you'll be in a serious world of trouble rebuilding your integration. 2. NOT FULL INTEGRATION - verified fact. This app does DOES NOT have FULL authorized API access to Amazon and some other platforms so it can't be used to fulfill order imports UNLESS you want copy paste customer details, shipping addresses for EACH ORDER. It's good for syncing price, inventory and editing, pushing SKU listing details to your platforms. The interface is good and syncing speed is great and customer support was really responsive. BUT YOU HAVE to fulfill orders and shipping DIRECTLY on each individual platform which defeats the concept of integration. If you're a heavy seller or you have numerous SKUS you'll go crazy trying to fill Amazon sales. Try this app out ONLY if order integration is not important to you.

Syncing with amazon just includes the products, that's it. Really no customer address or order status/updates etc. Feedback from the support is that you have to copy and paste it manually in shopify or do it on amazon. Ebay integration was fine, also the whole interface and support. But for amazon it's a no-go. Wasted time and money here and deinstalled it finally.

Great customer support Philip gave me clear instructions on how to publish my Shopify products to eBay and helped me understand the process step by step. He carefully explained the workflow and pointed me to the correct section to complete the listing, which helped me move forward without confusion. Very responsive and helpful support. Thank you!

App is good but has a long way to go until it is great. It's verbiage and process could be streamlined better. Their support system is great, they will take the time to discuss and investigate issues you have. But, it could definitely use some layout updates and simpler processes of settings.

Important: completely useless for Amazon. Order information is not imported and tracking information is not synchronized. Other apps can do this too.

The product itself could use some useful stuff like api triggers and the ability to self-cancel jobs. But I have to say, this is the best, most responsive most honest customer service you will ever get in your life. Much better even than shopify itself. They are always informative, honest, quick and thorough. Honestly, if it was not for the customer service being incredible, I might not keep my subscription. But I will keep my subscription just because of customer service. Absolute rockstars.

The app works well, there is a bit of a learning curve to get it to work. However, the support staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I mainly use it with Ebay integration right now. I will be moving to the Amazon integration but can tell it will be an additional learning curve there. Thanks for your help Mona and others!
