I had a specific issue that Harvey was able to help me with and then he asked a generic follow up question that prompted me to ask about a completely unrelated issue I was having with Amazon. Harvey then sent me a link to a video that explained how to resolve my problem with Amazon so it was an amazing experience. I probably would have never brought up the issue with Amazon without his additional questions so I really appreciate it! Thanks!

The help from lit commerce was exceptional the agent Evelynn was the best service I have ever had from 3 party software companies in ages. I hope Lit commerce recognizes her and gives her the credit she deserves along with compensation if possible.

This app is outstanding. It does everything I need and most importantly, the support staff is unmatched. I ask a question and get an immediate response. The tech team has helped run larger processes in a quick and timely manner. I have never had such a great experience with the helpful and friendly reps. The only problem for me is that Amazon does not import names and addresses on their orders. (They are waiting for approval) but this is something we are working around at this time without too much disruption. After that is done, there are no issues I am aware of. AND...I have almost 80K SKUS so they are handling a large qty of SKUs. Highly Recommend.

I’ve had the chance to work with a few support agents at LitCommerce, and Nick was the most recent one I connected with. He is friendly, patient, and very supportive. With his guidance, I was able to resolve many of the issues I was facing in the system quickly and smoothly. What stood out the most was how approachable and professional he was—he made the whole process less stressful and much easier to handle. Overall, it was a really positive experience working with Nick, and I truly appreciate his support.

This team is very helpful. They have taken the time to customize our integration from Shopify to Woocommerce and have done a phenomenal job! They are highly skilled developers and the customer support team is the most active and helpful in the market. This tool is by far the best I've seen that actually works and the experience integrating with them is a breeze with the help of their team. Highly recommend!

Great tool for e-commerce platforms - we are specialised in musical instrument business, and without this app we wouldn't be able to maintain price/inventory/ listings. Saves a lot of time and the help from the support team is very good too. Recommended!
