I had a really great experience with the support team today, especially Evelyn. From the beginning, she handled everything professionally and with genuine care. My questions were answered clearly, and I felt fully supported throughout the entire session. Excellent Support – Fast, Professional & Solution-Oriented I had several technical issues while setting up my Amazon listing, including GTIN exemption configuration, variant mapping, and synchronization errors. The LitCommerce support team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They responded quickly, explained every step clearly, and helped me resolve complex publishing and syncing issues with Amazon. What I really appreciated was their patience and detailed guidance — even when the issue involved Amazon API limitations. Thanks to their support, my listing is now active and fully synchronized. I downloaded the app to manage my Etsy shop and found it simple and, above all, very useful and intuitive. For my first steps, I asked for help from the chat support team and was guided through every step. I must say, I've found few apps so well-designed and so supportive, even for users just starting out with syncing. Recommended!

2026-03-08 Update: After I wrote the below review, the team attempted to fix this issue. Unfortunately, they were not able to, and I had to search and they attempted to gaslight me into thinking the feature was not there. It was previously and they state they can't re-implement it due to eBay's API. Other multichannel software can do this with eBays API, and I am testing a few to see which one can replace Lit. 2026-02-07: Unfortunately Lit is not as LIT as it used to be. They do add features and that is great! What isn't great is when they remove time saving features and you are forced to figure out a workaround that takes 10 times as long as it did before. 1 instance being if you have a product in Shopify that has say 5 colors and 10 types. You list it to Etsy, then add 2 more types in shopify, you can then tell it to update the variants from shopify and it will do that so you don't have to add them all via etsy's interface. With ebay, you could do that, now you can't, you have to add them 1 at a time using a different page.

We’ve had a great experience using LitCommerce so far. The system is well-built, easy to navigate, and makes managing our expanding business much easier. Support has also been a big plus, when we do need help, responses are extremely quick and effective. Overall, LitCommerce is a reliable platform with strong features and solid support behind it, would highly recommend!

La aplicacion es bastante buena, la uso para la mayoria de mis marketplaces aunque me gustaria ampliarla a todos pero aun no es posible. El soporte casi siempre esta disponible y resuelven todos los problemas sin coste adicional al de la propia app

Great app for syncing products across marketplaces. Setup was simple, inventory stays accurate, and orders import smoothly. Saved us tons of time. Support is fast and helpful too. Highly recommend!

It is pretty straight forward to use. Make sure your listings are all cleaned up with sku's and Variations matching before you dig in too much.
