Great support team, Harvey from Lit Commerce helped us doing the initial setup and made sure we wer all set, he also went out of his way to make sure we understand how to load products and sync the inventory, he didn't rushed us off untill we were all set and ready to go. Thank you.

Great app for integration with Etsy and Ebay. We've always had excellent customer service with LitCommerce and any issues have been resolved quickly. They are very attentive and it seems at least there is an actual team supporting the app vs. a "one-man show". I love supporting the little guy, but time sensitive matters like a web-store sometimes need more hands on deck. Initially there were some issues when connecting our Shopify store to Etsy, but after a quick message, support escalated the issue and came up with a solution by the next morning when I woke up! The app seems to always be getting new updates and so far we have not run into any major problems that caused much headache. As with any integration app, LitCommerce has some unexpected problems, but overall our experience has been very positive and I believe they deserve a full 5 stars. No incentive or tricks for me to leave this review, just my honest experience. Thank you LitCommerce.

I waited to leave a review for LitCommerce until I had fully transitioned my listings and had time to see how well the platform performs. I’m very pleased with the results so far—performance has been solid, and customer support has been excellent. There was a small issue early on with adding listings, but it was quickly resolved by the support team. Inventory sync between eBay and Shopify works reliably, just as advertised. I also find it extremely useful to manage pricing centrally through Shopify, and the ability to apply different rounding strategies is a great bonus. I haven’t yet linked my Etsy store, but that’s the next step and I’m confident it will go smoothly based on my experience so far. Overall, I highly recommend LitCommerce—it's a reliable, efficient solution for multichannel selling.

Absolutely impressed with LitCommerce and their support team. Every time we’ve had an issue or even a tricky question, support responds almost instantly - even in the middle of the night in their timezone?! They really go above and beyond, looking into the smallest details (including our custom HTML) to make sure everything works. We had some unique requirements with product mapping, and the team even helped customize the setup for us.. Big shoutout to Pauline, Chloe, and the rest of the team for all their help. Highly recommend!

We tried virtually every eBay <-> Shopify syncing app on the App Store, before pulling the trigger with LitCommerce. Not only is it the best app by a country mile, it has virtually every feature we required. Alongside that, the support team are phenomenal. They have an answer to every question we've had.

Great tool, making the whole thing seamless. But even better was the attention and care from the support team, especially Harvey. Really took the time to understand my issue and getting the answers and other team members involved that were necessary to get it taken care of quickly and up and running smoothly. I'm trying to set up the app for my store and I was fiddling around with some parameters. Most of it is pretty intuitive but when I had questions I was helped quickly by Harvey with a direct solution for my problems. So far so good!
