LitCommerce has been amazing for me. It's a critical part of my business making sure I don't miss an order from any of my online store locations. Updating and managing listings is pretty easy. I've contacted support twice in 8 months and both times they have been super fast to respond and most importantly - HELPFUL. Highly recommend.

So far so good. The app is incredibly easy to use. Phillip in customer service was amazing for the onboarding. I was an Inkfrog user for many years. I sell one-of-a-kind, Japanese antiques at www.chidorivintage.com. I have thousands of items, and I needed a service that was not cookie-cutter and that would give me the flexibility to do exactly what I wanted. They allow me to import and price-sync without syncing descriptions, and use locked templates that provide no flexibility. Everything is optional here, so you can make the app do exactly what you want. Also, the terminology makes sense. I tried 8 apps trying to replace Inkfrog, and I FINALLY found my match.

I’ve been using LitCommerce for a while now to connect my Shopify store with multiple marketplaces, and overall it has made things much easier to manage. The syncing works well most of the time and saves a lot of manual effort when handling listings across different platforms. There are occasional issues, especially when it comes to price sync or listing control, but in many cases it’s more about setup or understanding the system properly. The good thing is their support team is responsive and usually helps resolve problems step by step.

Works well when all data is spot on. Some issues with linking orders by variant but customer support is helpful in troubleshooting.

I've been looking for a product to sync my inventory between etsy, ebay, and shopify, and this seems to do the trick. Their support assistance is definitely on point. Nearly instant response on chat, and the agent (Harvey) was able to find and fix the problem for me in a very informative way.
