They have exceptional customer service! They respond extremely fast on their chat! The app itself saves us so much time to upload products on Ebay, Etsy, Amazon, Walmart! It is quite an advanced app so you do need to spend time to learn it but once you know how to use it it's amazing!

The LitCommerce support team is really what bumps this app up to 5 stars. We had numerous issues uploading products to Amazon due to many of our products not originally being formatted in Amazon-friendly ways, but the LC team was ALWAYS very helpful, friendly, and prompt, even when it was very late hours for them.

If I could give it a zero I could. This app not only was kicked out of ETSY, and my channel discontinued but then after their full denial of this fact which was documented, my Tik Tok shop was cancelled after 1 day due to data flow inconsistencies and "unusual activity", a fact that the vendor refuses to acknowlege eve after lots of documention. As a result of this "Unusual activity", Tik Tok closed the shop and cancelled an order i had already shipped! . Sadly I paid for a whole year of this, to get the discount. Now I want my money back but they are "not available." Avoid this app lke the plague.
This app has been a game changer!!! I am know able to sync all my sales channels and I have increased the marketplaces I sell on. I am doing double the listing for half the time. I upload my listing to my main store then with a click of a button I can add that product to 5 other channels. The customer support has been extremely helpful with any issues I come across and will spend as much time as needed getting the issue fixed and they are super easy to get a hold of when needed. If you need an app to list to multiple platforms then you need LitCommerce!!!!

I found this app in June 2023. It has been amazing. I listed my 400 plus products easily and quickly on 3 sales channels. Then last week I moved my domain host, litcommerce made it so easy for me to change my host platform. I had a few issues with my new account, mostly my fault, as not very computer savvy, but the customer support is brilliant. I feel like I have relied on them so much!! But I am up and running and very happy.

I have been searching for a platform that checked all the boxes for what seemed like forever. Most of the things I needed would cost upwards of $80 a month and I just couldn't afford that. Upon using this platform there was a bit of a learning curve but the customer assistance is immediate. Louisa spent hours with me helping me iron out all the details (and this was in the middle of the night for her with the time difference). Having fast and helpful customer service in this world is worth more than money, as its saving me hours of trial and error on my end.

looks like they are hiring fake reviewers because this app doesnt function as it suppose to. had to spend 5 days to explain them how it didnt work, ended up getting nothing but their poor customer service. they dont even remove your personal information and keeping all product data even if you ask them to remove. it's very suspicious. stay away and find other app if you are serious about business.

Best app for integration i have come across so far! Once you learn the system, listing on selling channels becomes an easy task! We are currently using this to link with ebay, etsy and amazon. Will be adding tiktok and google shopping soon. Customer service is great, they always deal with any problems in short period of time. They are always very helpful and easy to contact. Definitely recommend.

This app is amazing. Truly the best app for syncing sales channels. What sets it apart, though, is the incredible assistance and support I received from their customer service, technical and design teams. They went above and beyond to address all issues I had with the app, give friendly guidance and answers and create custom solutions. All resulting in it functioning flawlessly for the needs of anyone trying to link their sales channels. I have tried every app available to sync Shopify to Etsy and Ebay in one simple place, and this app takes the cake.

Excellent App, easy to use once you get used to it. Its very intuitive and the customer support is excellent. Jessica and her team were able to resolve an issue we had with order syncing very quickly. Would definitely recommend to those looking to expand their markets into eBay and other platforms.

We have been using this app for a week now, to connect to Wish marketplace. So far it works very well, and any issue was promptly dealt with the Litcommerce team. We must add that their support has been just amazing. All of them at the support team. They even added much needed features very quickly, improving the app. We will continue using it, and soon trying it with other marketplaces too. Keep up the great work Litcommerce team.

Highly recommend LitCommerce for integration of Amazon, eBay, Etsy etc....I explored many other options which promised seamless integration and none of them delivered. LitCommerce in contrast delivered in spades and their customer service team is top notch. Always willing to help and support new businesses like myself. Response is near immediate. When Shopify did away with their internal eBay sync, I was at a bit of a loss for what to do. I had just barely converted from a Wordpress-based store to Shopify, and was just starting to get used to how things worked. The change left me scrambling for a replacement in an environment I wasn't overly familiar with. After going back and forth and trying a couple of different solutions I ultimately landed on LitCommerce. In hindsight, it was the best thing that ever happened to my business! It is an amazingly powerful resource that has been able to accomplish everything I've needed it to and then some. And the best part about the whole experience, hands down, has been interacting with the staff. They have been professional, amazingly friendly, and responsive at times when I thought there would be no one to help me, including at times on weekends. If I were to go back in time and needed to choose which resource I would use to help me manage my 3rd party listings, I'd choose the same way every time!

The app doesn't work properly. They are telling me that i am having trouble because i don't have GTIN Exemption on Amazon although i have and i am able to sync my product via another app. The worst thing is the customer service! Although they seem online, it takes ages to get a reply and unfortunately the customer service representatives are unexperienced. I don't recommend this app at all.
Amazing support and an amazing product. My source of truth was from timely to shopify which feed through to lit commerce to my main store of big commerce. It worked a treat and what ever sales went through from bigcommerce feed through to timely and registered the clients new details. amazing! figured this out without the need of over priced web designers who were going to charge 15x the amount that to make it happen.
