We have been using Littledata for about a year and a half with our Shopify webstore. The accuracy of the data has really assisted us to run effective Google PMAX campaign. We have been impressed by the great support and customer service from the Littledata team whenever we have had questions or issues.

Not only does it track more conversions but it easily connects...the even better side? IF there is any tech issue going on their customer support is absolutely amazing. You can never go wrong when an app does what is says and tacks on great customer service to boot!

Having precise tracking for all platforms has really improved our ad performance and the customer support from the Littledata team is unmatched. They are responsive, helpful, super knowledgeable, and very willing to hop on a call and fix things that we broke (ha!).

With our headless commerce platform, we were having difficulties with accurate and consistent revenue attribution across multiple platforms. Ad performance was truly a guessing game. With Littledata implemented, we now get consistent and accurate revenue attribution in GA4. Now I know which channels and which campaigns are performing the best. Excellent apps. Excellent support. The server side tracking solve a lot of issue include the thank you page script sunset. Also it handle a lot of heavy loading task automatically like refund. Again, support is excellent esp. Claudiu... thanks for the support

Two of our Shopify stores were using Littledata, but one of them has been experiencing ongoing issues with Facebook CAPI and Pixel, where Littledata fails to pass the fbc and fbp parameters to our Facebook Pixel. Despite seeking support for over two weeks and reaching out multiple times, the support team repeatedly assured us that the issue had been resolved or would be fixed soon. However, the error rate continued to rise, leading to wasted ad spend for over two weeks. Additionally, the support team lacked transparency regarding what actions they took to fix our conversion tracking, leaving us completely in the dark with no clear solution. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a costly lesson for us, forcing us to seek a different provider.

Using LittleData puts my mind at ease that everything that can be tracked - is tracked. It feels much more secure than Shopify’s less than friendly suggestions to control how data flows via partner apps (like Google or Meta). At Naturalmat we have quite complex needs and often push our app partners on configurations that would work for our business - LD have supported each and every "out there" request and the support team is amazing. I often speak to Claudiu and Cornelia and they both have been brilliant. Trying to get hold of anyone at Google or Meta, well, we've all been there - forget it. There are a few apps I can't imagine having a Shopify store without, and LD is definitely one of them.

I originally ran into an issue with syncing repurchases to Meta, but once the support team escalated my case, they resolved it thoroughly. Since then, the app has worked flawlessly for my needs. The developers were attentive, and I appreciate how dedicated they were in making things right. Highly recommend this app if you need a reliable solution for syncing repurchases with Meta!
