Live Product Options has worked great for my website. Customer service is great! Issues have been rare but, Michael has been great figuring out & fixing them!

Fantastic App, it lets you add multiple options to your product page with simplicity. Also Michael is super responsive on the support side. I would highly recommend using this app to add more options to your product pages.

The app works really nicely once setup. So glad to have a way to offer this feature to our customers. It's going to save me a lot of time since I won't have to make as many mockups, and it will mean customers can see mockups faster. For me the setup was a bit tricky but support did respond via email to questions.

It is an app enable your store to have the options you need. It is not perfect yet, but it is a tool beyond excellent grade than you expect. Their timely support makes you confident on the future of this tool - better & more features!

Never seen such a beautiful app as LPO. It does not lack any option. Support is spot on after having a few questions. Works both on desktop as on mobile, our customers love using it and has positive effect on our business.

This application is great. All the previous ones I've tried have had problems, but I haven't encountered any problems with this app. It's just that you really need to get some support to install the app and it can take a long time to explore the limits of the app. However, I am sure that this is the best variation app you can use. Michael, the owner of the application, provided me support in every subject. They enabled me to compete with sites that print custom apps with my app. Thank you for everything. Respectfully.
Merchant received a free 45 minutes onboarding call, our team clearly explained that his requirements are achievable using our app. We've also answered all his tickets. His replies were rude and unprofessional (threatening bad review). We are proud to work with many professional merchants and don't accept this behavior. Refund provided.

Super application !! Très facile à utiliser, elle inclut tout ce dont j'ai besoin pour personnaliser mes produits. Même les petits détails ont été soigneusement pensés. J’ai testé plusieurs autres solutions avant celle-ci, et c’est de loin la meilleure. De plus, leur service client est remarquable et très rapide.

They went above and beyond to help us set up a custom selection option for our sample pack product page. This was a crucial feature for our store, and they executed it flawlessly. Additionally, they resolved a dynamic price update issue for our engraving service and deluxe engraving service, ensuring the pricing reflects accurately for our customers. To top it off, they collaborated with us to fix a tricky price update issue on the cart page, seamlessly implementing the necessary coding changes in our theme file. Great app that we are using for a live preview of a couple of personalised necklaces. We used their set up service for a small fee - much better value than having to get this done bespoke. On going support has been helpful and they are keen to solve any issues. Overall it works well online via desktop and mobile. It possibly does slow down the page but to be expected within reason of displaying a complex preview.

Excellent app... Cant beat the price and the features are great. Support is even better. This app got rid of 3 other apps we were using for half the price.
