The app has been a great addition to my website. The reason for the 5 star review is truly the customer service. I have had several issues/questions that have required reaching out to customer service. They have been able to address/resolve all of the issues/questions quickly.

The app is super easy to integrate and can be customised to almost any need. We use the app for all our products as we offer customisable products and can cover all scenarios very easily for both the end customer and us in the backend thanks to this app. The support is also very fast and always solution-orientated, which allows us to overcome challenges quickly.

My experience with the Live Product Options app has been exceptional. I paid them to setup a product for me to save me some time, and it was well worth it. Carl has been very responsive and the turn around time has been awesome, especially since it was during the Holidays. When I asked for changes to the product setup they acted on them very quickly. I am switching to this app as I believe in the long run it is easier and will be more cost effective.

I really love this app. It's my number 1 app on my store. It has allowed us to create so many custom offerings to my products with its amazing features and options. We have sold 1000's of custom products using this app. My favorite feature is the ability to show a preview in real time on the website so customers can see exactly what they'll receive. The support team is very helpful and they're always able and willing to support my questions and requirements.

I would dare to say that it is one of the best, if not the best, customer support and assistance. They are always willing to assist you and make the app work for what you need, and as a bonus track, they always do it quickly. It is an app full of features, very useful for different types of businesses. I've used it for 2 of my businesses since 2021 and I can affirm the app only gets better.

Absolut top. Intuitiv zu bedienen. Tolle Ergebnisse. Ich habe viel getestet und probiert und ich wechsel gerade von Shopware zu Shopify und ich bin begeistert, was man alles machen kann. The best app for custom product options that we have seen for Shopify. Very comprehensive in terms of options and setup. They have far exceeded almost 100% of what we needed. Moreover, the support is excellent. They respond quickly and almost always provide a good solution to your problem. Highly recommended if you need an app of this type for your store.

Great! I had a really complicated bug that only occurred with Windows Desktop PC and Mozilla Firefox. I worked on the problem with Michael for several days. We have adjusted a lot of settings to fix the problem. The difficulty was that Michael couldn't reproduce the error on his PC and could therefore only rely on videos from me. Nevertheless, he managed to fix the error and the configuration now runs perfectly. I can recommend the app to everyone because not only the functionality but also the support is great.

Not only does this App function really well, it also LOOKS really nice with my Theme (something I could not find with other affordable customizing apps). Keep up the great work on your App! The best Shopify app that focuses on individual configurations. In addition, I have never experienced such good support. The support responds very quickly and always finds a solution.
