The best app for custom product options that we have seen for Shopify. Very comprehensive in terms of options and setup. They have far exceeded almost 100% of what we needed. Moreover, the support is excellent. They respond quickly and almost always provide a good solution to your problem. Highly recommended if you need an app of this type for your store.

Great! I had a really complicated bug that only occurred with Windows Desktop PC and Mozilla Firefox. I worked on the problem with Michael for several days. We have adjusted a lot of settings to fix the problem. The difficulty was that Michael couldn't reproduce the error on his PC and could therefore only rely on videos from me. Nevertheless, he managed to fix the error and the configuration now runs perfectly. I can recommend the app to everyone because not only the functionality but also the support is great.

The Live Product Options App is EXCELLENT. The technical support I received from Carl was above and beyond. Not only does this App function really well, it also LOOKS really nice with my Theme (something I could not find with other affordable customizing apps). Keep up the great work on your App! The best Shopify app that focuses on individual configurations. In addition, I have never experienced such good support. The support responds very quickly and always finds a solution. Greatest option app in all shopify store, The ux maybe a little difficult on the first steps but everything is possible once you get used to it and the support is AMAZING!!!!! i have used this plugin in many stores and more that will come in the future without hesitation! Great work!!!!

Great, easy to use app if you have variations of a product. I'm a photographer and needed a visualizer for how my photos would look framed, mounted or as canvases, or even as mugs and chopping boards. This did it all and was a breeze to set up. Had a little issue with the cart which Michael sorted out in minutes. Highly recommended!

I am super pleased from the app. It has many complex options that were able to cover 90% of my needs, and I easily added the rest 10% in my theme code. This app is a life saver! If you sell customized products that have a lot of options or each product has a special set of options, this app is for you. It is easy to set up and customize your forms not to mention the preview of what is selected helps customer get a visual of what they're selecting. I have been using it for a year and it has made detailed customized orders a breeze.

These guys have been super helpful in getting a pretty complex solution in place for us. I must have asked a 100 questions and each time I get a great response. They have made adjustments to my theme and the flexibility of the app is fantastic, allowing me to build the application I need within Shopify. I've used other "options" based apps but this is the only one that worked and combined with their discount app it works even better. Can't rate them highly enough.

This App is probably the most versatile I have tried , and i have tried quite a few. It has got a bit of a learning curve , but is well worth the effort , so far it has been stable and the customer / technical assistance has been top notch. I have no hesitation to recommend this App .

I recently migrated my online store from another platform to shopify. One of the main reasons for doing that was to get access to developer apps like this one. My primary product type is customized, handmade gifts. I needed a robust app that allowed customers to personalize their items and be able to get a live preview of how it will look. After reviewing demos on a few different apps and looking over the feedback, I decided on this app and I have not regretted my decision. My shop is viewable at store.sportsroses.com for anyone looking to see the Live Product Options features in action. For the most part the actual app functionality is very intuitive. You can set up product options quickly and easily but it's also packed with lots of advanced programmable functionality if you need it. The most difficult parts for me were some display issues with my theme and I reached out to support and Michael was quick to respond. Most issues were handled with a few hours after providing access to my admin so he could make the necessary changes in my theme. But there is also plenty of help documentation for advanced users to do those items on their own. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and I would highly recommend this app to shop owners that sell custom products.
