We were about to give up on this app, but their support saved the day. They don't have the best-written instructions, so it was quite confusing to set up everything ourselves. Carl on the support team was an extraordinary help to us and we are so appreciative!!!

It's a great app, but more importantly, the team behind the app is fantastic. I am using all their apps on several stores. The support team is amazing. They solved every problem I had within 24 hours.

Very very useful software. The supporting documentation and introductory videos are detailed enough to follow to set up your own custom product. After I set up publishing, I found that it didn't fit my theme very well, and some displays were not very friendly and I didn't know how to solve it, so I contacted support through live chat. The replies were very, very prompt and my issues were all resolved! Now there is no problem at all. In addition, the charge for this plug-in is quite reasonable, according to the number of orders, I like it very much.

Prior to this, we had tried Zepto's Personalizer, which unfortunately did not support multi-currency or Shopify market, an essential feature for international customers. Es realmente excelente! sobretodo para muchas variantes como es mi caso, es muy intuitiva y responden rapidamente ante cualquier duda. Actualización: He lanzado mi página web hace 3 días y ha funcionado excelente, tengo literalmente más de 200 capas de opciones por producto! es una locura! y aun así todo bien, solo debo darme el tiempo de optimizar algunas cosas para mejorar la rapidez del sitio. Solo me queda dar las gracias... también había probado otras app como zepto pero no tenia lo que necesitaba principalmente permitir al cliente el movimiento y rotación de las capas. 10000% recomendado.

OK, I have been using Shopify for nearly 9 years, and have installed and tried many apps. Michael, the founder, beyond a doubt provided the best customer service I have ever had from any Shopify App. My configuration was complicated and I had tons and tons of very specific questions: he answered each one patiently and professionally - I am beyond impressed. App works as advertised, and the team are VERY helpful. They went through my store's code to integrate it correctly with my unusual theme. The app is also about as simple as it could be to use while still offering great functionality. 100% recommend these guys!

Carl and his team are incredibly supportive, super fast with customer service questions, and are happy to help with small customization as well. This app paired with Zapier creates a lot of automation opportunities to test a custom channel.
