J'ai utilisé cette application pour présenter en live nos collections de vêtements. L'app est très bien faite et facile d'utilisation, le support technique est très réactif et nous a accompagné tout au long de la mise en place. Je recommande !

We are using Channelize for our Skincare Masterclasses. The shopping experience is seamless and doesn't distract our customers from the educational part of the video content. There are a few functionalities that could still be added to the app, like native multi-host support, upload of recorded videos, and minor video editing and trimming of the replay. But otherwise, it odes the job!.

Really good app and helped us stream our first virtual tasting on our online store whilst casting to our usual platforms. It was very easy to use and set up and I can’t wait to see the new features implemented. The only reason my review is not five stars is because there are a few more features I think it could have benefitted from.

For the price, you really can't do better than Channlize! They have excellent customer support, and the platform is really easy to use as a host. Our customers noted that the mobile integration could use some fine tuning, but overall I would definitely recommend to businesses dipping their toe in live sales!

Powerful app that meets our needs of simulcasting. On top of that the app has a lot of useful features that can help with customer conversion. Their sales and technical team were really responsive and helped me regarding our issues and queries. Highly recommended app for merchants.

We have had really a good experience using this app! I must point out how helpful and quick the whole team was as we had some custom requirements and the Channelize team basically responded very positively to each and all of them! They implemented for us a way to find products based on their ID instead of their name. This was a problem to us, since we have several products with the same name, but they solved this very promptly. Also they helped us with adding a new language to the app, which we appreciate hugely! As we're continuing using this app, I'm sure that we will be able to provide more feedback and improvement ideas and I'm convinced they will be received positively like in all previous cases. PS: We appreciate all the support and quick replies we've received from Angshuman! Thank you!

Great streaming quality and love the features. The customer service team is excellent, very quick and efficient. An excellent alternative to the more expensive apps for small business. No technical issues as of yet.

Great app to realize LIVE SHOPPING SHOWS, easy to use and easy to set up. I use it from May 2020 and the team improved a lot the app: the biggest improvement is SIMULCASTING. This feature permits to broadcast the show in FB, YOUTUBE and other platform. Last but much important is customer service: team is kind and professional, solves issues very quickly. Thanks a lot
