They kept charging us for the app after numerous emails to cancel the service. I was not able to uninstall the app from our Shopify store and they refused to refund the many months they continued to charge our account even knowing we were unable to get the app off our store. At the very least, they should have stopped charging us until we figured out how to remove the app. They continue to tell me to let them in our shopify store to remove the app themselves but make no mention of the many months they continued to charge us unjustifiably. This should not be allowed. I WANT OUR MONEY RETURNED, PLEASE! I don't like writing these kind of reviews but they could have easily done the right thing and returned the many months they charged us with us knowing.

Please note that the process of uninstalling the Live Shopping App is at your team's discretion and fully within your control. We have previously provided you with the standard steps for uninstalling our App which is similar to Uninstalling any other Shopify app. Additionally, we have extended the offer of our assistance free of charge, should you choose to grant us staff access to your Shopify Admin panel. This app works seamlessly! I enjoyed this app so far. I installed it 4 weeks ago and have been hosting multiple shows. My customers loved them! Highly recommend this app. Very friendly customer service as well!

I have been using the app for over thirty days and there are great features that can help a live stream promote the product and stream is stable during livestream, so with that I do highly recommend this app if you are looking for something stable in connectivity and features, that alone Channelize app is worth the subscription cost; nobody wants a slow stream feed. Which is important, when going live for a stable Non-buffering stream. One of the cool features is highlighting a product while you are talking about it that encourages to buy now and the pin feature at the top of the chat, they have new dashboard thats really nice. Encourage to use the test shows, logging in with private key, and have more than one person helping backend admin dashboard, i.e, changing the highlighted product while hosts sells it, resending any host links in chat, resorting the listing products live, etc. over time you get better at it. Do ask for 1x1 demo it is worth every minute and that helps. Their support team is very helpful and accommodating.

I have been conducting live sales on Instagram for two years. I have long been thinking about moving off that platform in favor of my own. Channelize has allowed me to do that. If you want the lowest-possible latency live stream - no lag! - go with Channelize. Packed with great features and integrations, it has so much going for it and seems to be the best of its kind on shopify. Angshuman and his team, including Praveen, have been incredibly responsive to my needs and queries. Development for custom features was offered at fair rates, small fixes and implementations were enacted quickly, and emails are always responded to point by point. Customer service un matched. I am so excited to be on this platform and my customers are already raving about the live show. It's a much better experience than I've had on any other live platform. I look forward to ironing our kinks in my custom app that was developed for me, and I'm confident that Channelize is the future of my business.

We love how easy this program is to use. Very easy for the customer to navigate the sale and adds item directly into their cart for easy check out and very easy for us to fill the orders.

We love our experience with Channelize.io! The shopping experience on the admin side is easy to navigate and utilize. Our customers love how easy it is to shop on desktop and mobile during the live shopping event, and that you can rewatch after the event is over! We had some admin dashboard views that were showing our products incorrectly but their support team corrected the error quickly.

Streaming quality limit of 720p looked really bad and made our products look fuzzy and muddy. After upgrading to the $99 standard version, we we're not happy to see a channelize watermark on our live shows.
Apologies Mathew for the confusion you had while using our Platform. We noticed you used OBS with our RTMP Support feature, to Go Live for your Shopping Show with external cameras. There are 2 possible reasons for the low-quality of your live stream: 1) The video Bitrate in your OBS Settings may be set to a lower value: The video Bitrate for best quality should be 3500 kbps, and we recommend this in our Help documentation too. So we need to check what was the bitrate with which you went live. 2) The streamed video quality is also unsatisfactory if the RAM or CPU of the computer on which OBS is running is low. For customizing the Watermark on your Shopping Shows to contain your Brand Logo, or hiding the Watermark, you can do it easily from the "Settings" section of your Channelize.io Production Dashboard. We have already shared the steps for that with you via mail. Looking forward to connecting with you and making your Live Shopping Shows successful.

My store conversion rate increased from 2.02% to 3.1% after I started shopping shows using Channelize.io app. Customers can add products to the cart during the live show or while watching the recording helps increase sales. I highly recommend this app. Beautiful UI is another plus point. Customer service is very prompt and they even consider new feature development based on customer recommendation.

The app works well, it's quite simple to use, at a very competitive cost compared to the others. Some things could be improved, like the product management during the event, but the customer support is excellent: they've heard our feedback and request, providing solutions to some little issues: they are always available. In the end, we recommend this app!

Definitely a 5-star app. Live video shopping through Channelize is easy and interactive. The tool does its job and the agent app works seamlessly. We are running our third show next week. Also, the support team is excellent.

Lots of promises were made but I found this to be very limited, no landscape mode, and the live stream video content is locked behind a complicated pay-wall (there is no simple method to download your own content). I found we are better off using an existing platform like Facebook or Instagram or using an RTMP service and skip this app altogether. The concept of the app is great but the execution leaves a lot to be desired.
We're sorry to know about your experience Carl and would like to clarify the doubts that made you leave a negative feedback. For both of them (Landscape Layout, Downloading Video), we have these features already available in our platform. Landscape mode can currently be achieved using our Custom RTMP feature, and is already being used by multiple Shopify merchants. For making your Videos downloadable, our team had already shared with you the requirements and were looking forward to your reply. This app has been a game changer with our online audience. We've been using it to promote our holiday products, gift sets and bundles. It's been a great way to connect with our customers and to answer their questions in real time. Prior to using the Live Shopping feature I was using IG stories to connect with our audience which didn't translate to sales that could be measured. I love the capabilities of this app and I have recommended it to all of my friends who sell their products online.
