Been using Liverecover for 2 years on multiple stores now. The recovery service is great, but what I really love is being able to read the conversation records and gather valuable data on why people are dropping off. Started scaling a new brand last month. Caught a tip from a Liverecover conversation. Updated website. Conversion rate has almost doubled! It's one of my core go-to apps.

This is one of my must-have apps. Works amazingly well, zero bugs or issues, and an amazing team of folks to back it up. The results speak for themselves. There have been a few wannabe copycat apps that have popped up. Don't waste your time with those. These guys are the real deal.

We’ve been using LR on our site for about 2 years. It’s a simple solution to ensure a real person is handling your abandoned carts and has gained us thousands of dollars in what would otherwise be lost revenue. Highly recommend.

We have been using this app for well over a year now and it's been a game-changer for us. We have maintained well over a 25% cart recovery rate which is unheard of. Not to mention, the assistants can answer other helpful customer concerns and questions and intuitively do so. Total set it and forget it app. Customers can tell they are texting a real human too which makes all the difference in terms of customer service quality.

I use LiveRecover for both of my DTC brands and the recovery rate is absolutely insane. Live Recover has been able to recover 28%-30% of our abandoned carts every month. It is an absolutely must have if you’re serious about your business.

Been using LiveRecover for 4-5 months with our store and it’s the Atlantis of Shopify apps. If you’re not using LiveRecover to recover abandoned carts via SMS, you’re leaving significant money on the table. Our team regularly recommends this app to all of our friend’s brands as well.
