Hello, I would like to use Locales.ai to translate a Shopify store (multiple languages). I contacted support twice over the past few weeks (two different email addresses), but haven’t received any reply. I’m leaving this review in the hope of getting a response, as I’m genuinely interested in using the app. Thank you.

This app is a game-changer! It even helped me translate product metafields and some parts of Liquid code I had in my theme. The support is super professional, I recommend it!

paid basic type USD9.99/month, 5 languages can be chosed, they only can translate 1-14%， others need credit, There are 50 products in our store, they charge by words for translate, need to buy credit, If I want to translate full of our website with 5 languages, I need at least 25000000 credits, USD1=1000 credits, I need USD2500 for translate only 5 languages, it is stupid app

Amazing and reliable app, AI translation is much more in contextual then other apps I have tried and the support is just on point! Highly recommended A++++

Not working. Always fails to auto translate. Used all the credits to do the complete site translation. The very next day the auto translation failed and i need to buy more "credits". In my Opinion a complete scam. Paid 40€ for nothing... thanks

So muss Übersetzen sein! Die App ist schnell, zuverlässig und spart mir im Alltag enorm viel Zeit. Absolute Empfehlung!
