This app is by far the most accurate translation tool I’ve used among similar apps. It quickly and precisely translates multiple languages, which has been a huge help for my store. The currency switcher feature is also smooth and easy to use. The customer service is incredibly patient and professional, helping me resolve any issues I encountered. What’s more, the app is extremely user-friendly and doesn’t require complicated setup. I’m very satisfied with its performance and have no hesitation in subscribing. It’s been a fantastic experience! Highly recommend it to all Shopify store owners!

Locales.ai is hands down one of the most user-friendly and effective translation tools I’ve used for my Shopify store. If I could give 100 stars, I would! The first issue I had was resolved in just 15 minutes. The second was more complex due to my third-party theme, but despite the challenge, the team went above and beyond. Even though i locked out of the chat, they texted me with ideas on how to resolve the issue, and once i was back online, they were ready to take up where we left within seconds. I was honestly surprised they managed to fix it - so quickly and nicely ! - especially since Shopify and other translation apps couldn’t help. I can't wait to launch in new countries!

This app provides a fast and high-quality way to translate stores, making it a great alternative to hiring a translator. The results are excellent. I have been translating in few languages and this is by far the closest I could get. Customer service is also impressive. Very good app, translated my website into 20 languages without much trouble. The translation is excellent. There is still some work to be done in terms of functionality, but overall good. I am satisfied.

Selina literally spent all day with me, im not joking.. ALL-DAY !!! Helping me figure this app out (im a bit of an idiot lol ) she was soooo patient, she explained and walked me through everything... start to finish.... even helped translate my custom cart slider app!!!!! Honestly, im about to translate to other languages and feel much more confident doing it alone now !! I've never seen an employee spent all day with just 1 customer, thank you so much Selina!!

Locales enables you to translate every aspect of the store. For me the auto-translation of custom front-end is a big plus. Quality of the translations is close to native. Support is fast and good. We love the app!
