This app works great compare to other app since it can translate everything based in AI. This is much more accurate than previous translating app. And it costs less too. However, this app still needs a bit improvement for translating third party content. I had an issue with that, and it wasn't solved at this moment. So I am waiting for update now. Overall, this app is great, and looking forward for further improvement.

The application works fine. Their support is a very strong point. I worked with Lewis and engineer David. They helped me by solving every problem quickly. They also help with problems that are beyond the scope of the application.

The staff, who may even be the founder of the app, were very warm and professional in addressing many of your questions. The reason I chose this app is because it is based on GPT-4 or GPT-4o translation, which is much better than Google Translate. It helped me solve the problem of multilingualism. Secondly, with the support of GPT-4, it has good accuracy, especially in the title description of clothing; When the amount of data is large, the waiting time is relatively long.
