This app is great, and the support behind it is also great. Simple and easy to use with lots of flexibility and customization if you're so inclined. Highly recommend!

Locksmith, particularly Erica in the support team, were extremely helpful in helping to get the app configured as we needed. We were without our developer during the setup and they stepped in and helped a huge amount The app itself has worked brilliantly for us and prevents customers from adding an item from a certain collection to the cart without first adding a one of a group of products.

This is the best performing Shopify app out there! We have built around 50 Shopify stores and use this on quite a few of them. The functionality, billing and customer service are all spot on. I haven't had any issues that weren't resolved quickly and professionally. Thanks a ton!

Terrible experience with this app. Firstly, the private link cannot be used in Klaviyo, so did not work as intended as for its promotional purpose. Now the apps installation has made our Shop sales profile become unapproved stating: Your Online Store is currently using password control or age verification app(s). To meet the requirements to Sell on Shop, please uninstall these apps. This is a catastrophic issue to be caused by using this app and is a massive regret in doing so.
Thank you so much for sharing your feedback, and I'm very sorry for the issues you faced when using Locksmith. We understand the frustration that comes about when unexpected things happen. To start, I'd like to address the Shop App issue, for you and for anyone else who reads this: Please note that if the Shop App is an important part of the traffic and sales on your store, you may not want to install Locksmith, or any other access control app, because the Shop App will stop functioning. The Shop App have some requirements for using their app. One of those requirements is that the store may not use any access control apps. This includes Locksmith, and any other apps that conditionally restrict access or "gate" the store. You can read the requirements for the Shop App, currently at this url: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-sales-channels/shop/eligibility/requirements This is something which is out of our hands, since it's not a requirement we set. Because we know this is important, we make this a major heading in our Agreement page. This agreement must be accepted when the app is installed and before it can be used. You can find the text of that here: https://www.locksmith.guide/policies/usage-agreement Using a Locksmith secret link with mailing lists services like Klaviyo can sometimes result in access being denied, and it's usually a minor formatting issue. It looks like we were able to offer you a fix, but at that point you had noticed that the Shop App was inactive, and needed to remove the app. Locksmith secret links are often used in mailing lists, but they may need to be double checked for formatting. Mailing list emails can sometimes alter the link in a way that results in access being denied, and double checking that the URL parameters are formatted correctly will get things working. We have been working with Locksmith on two of our e-commerce sites. Locksmith provides us with the functionality we need for our store but also has provided exceptional customer service and support. Highly recommend this app.

Have just started using it and it worked well straight out of the bag. We had a slightly more complicated request and it was sorted within 24 hours. Excellent service and easy to use app with plenty of support documentation.

I am absolutely delighted with the performance of the application. The setup process was incredibly straightforward and hassle-free, allowing me to get started with it within minutes. I must say that the support service was exceptional - the team was quick to respond, provided detailed insights, and went above and beyond to offer me valuable recommendations that have significantly enhanced my experience with the application. We have been using Locksmith to control access to digital content on our store. Without Locksmith, our business just wouldn't work on Shopify. It's very powerful and flexible, and the support is top notch. We're really grateful to the developers for making such a great app available!

I purchased this app after using 4 days of the 15 day trial period. Coming in, I had three specific goals in mind for my wholesale store. I read the articles provided, added the locks and keys as described and it didn't work. After several back and forth emails with Tristan, he pointed out my errors, I corrected them and we had two locks working. More emails, he sent line numbers of code in my theme where manual changes needed to be made. Third lock is now in place. The locks I wanted were implemented, the level of support provided to a trial user was exceptional - including messages received over a weekend. I'm a customer now.

The support for this app is literally unreal. The guys from Locksmith have guided me at every step of the way and have always made me feel confident and supported. The app itself is absolutely amazing. There is nothing that it can’t do. They have thought about everything and that makes everything so so simple to implement. If you need to lock products, THIS IS THE APP! You won’t go wrong

The Locksmith team is incredibly helpful. I needed some help with perhaps the easiest coding exercise ever (just had to hide prices unless a user was logged in and tagged with "Approved"). The team did not hesitate to offer their help, quickly implement the solution, and provide me step-by-step directions on how to replicate the solution. All-in-all, I would definitely recommend. Customer Service 10/10.

Absolutely love this app it has helped us control access to our site on so many levels, I would highly recommend this app to anyone needing to lockdown access to different areas or just lock the entire site. With top customer support (Ken) to boot helping with custom code when needed. Love it.

DONT USE THIS APP!!!!! Be careful if you decide to DELETE it one day. My website was down for 3 days, and I couldn't detect the problem until Shopify detected that when I deleted this APP, was the problem that stopped my entire website!!
Thanks for letting us know how uninstalling Locksmith went for you! It sounds like Locksmith wasn't fully uninstalled, and was deleted from your apps list before running the removal process to ensure none of Locksmith's code is left in your theme. We disclose that it's critical to disable Locksmith before deleting it off your Shopify apps list in our usage agreement upon installation, which can also be found here: https://www.locksmith.guide/policies/usage-agreement-annotated It looks like you wrote in and one of my teammates took care of helping you remove any leftover Locksmith code from your theme, so you should be good to go.
