The team at BSS has gone above and beyond to help customize their app to help us match our custom Shopify theme. I would highly recommend their app and their team to anyone who is looking to create a b2b login function to their store. I would specifically like to thank Jolie Nguyen and Cao Xuan Cuong for their willingness to help us not only understand the functionality of the app, but also their help in styling and dialing in the UX of the app and how it functions within our theme. I recently installed an app and their support team really made it a great experience! Joy Nguyen and Nguyen Van Huan made sure that all of my needs were taken care of, answering any questions I had quickly and thoroughly. Their assistance throughout the entire installation process gave me confidence knowing that any issues would be resolved with ease. In the end, everything worked exactly as expected and I am extremely satisfied with this app. I can highly recommend it - 5 stars all the way!

I have installed the B2B Login and B2B Wholesale Solution app from BSS, and now I'm testing out the features and have some reviews about the app. The app are good and has excellent documentation and is extremely user-friendly. B2B Login and Lock Access app is also from BSS, which is also a great app for using too. I can lock specifics content for certain customers who have the access to our website and allow which customers can access the page by a few steps of simple setting. I'm using the Force Login rule to make sure my B2B customers can get good price for themselve and therefore I can control my B2B website too. I contacted the support team represented by June Nguyen and then she patiently answered and guided me through the app. They have a good team with great technical skill. June kept me informed at every stage and quickly reported any problems. Additionally, the developer was helpful to me. The team has gone with me from the first day I use the app and until we launched the store. We appreciate all their support and would highly recommend the app.

We use this app to protect our online manuals and it works great! We needed some design changed and Jonas from the support team and Hoang Van Tien and Nguyen Van Huan (technical team) were very quick to respond and resolved all my queries perfectly. Very happy so would absolutely recommend!

I very rarely write a review but the team at B2B is so helpful. I requested a very tricky adaptation and after a lot of work from their team (Joy,Nguyen Xuan Hoang and Cao Xuan Cuong) we found a great solution that works perfectly. Thanks to Jena Nguyen and Nguyen Xuan Hoang. Building a business with Shopify is not that easy. But with Jena and Nguyen, I was able to fix and tailor a range of issues and functions for my business. Every time, they showed me prompt action and without any concerns or problems, I managed to build the website that I wanted!! We are using a combination of BSS apps to manage our B2B Shopify channels. The apps allow us to have a hybrid DTC/B2B site, presenting a good experience for the DTC shopper, and clever management of B2B - like login for special pricing, hide pricing on special products, and account logins. The options available allow you to setup very customised combos, and the support of Jena Nguyen and developer Cao Xuan Cuong go along way in making the process as painless as possible.

I am really impressed with the assistance I received with this app from Jonas and Cao! I needed to have client-specific pages under lockdown and also needed to have the header/footer of my site hidden. That option within the app wasn't hiding the header/footer, likely because of another app I was using for the header. However, Jonas and Cao worked some magic and got it functioning properly, plus they modified the password screen's appearance to look better with my theme. It was beyond what I'd expected, but I'm very appreciative and look forward to continued use of this app!

I have found this app really easy to use and get the results I need. We do B2B and B2C so need to lock some product items from retail customers, and this app makes that so easy! There are so many different variants to get the job done and ways to work around requirements. Every time I have needed assistance the technical team have assisted me quickly and followed up to ensure I have been able to set everything up as required. Thank you to the technical team (Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Nguyen Ngoc Hai, Nguyen Van Huan) who have all worked really hard in providing me very fast support, and Jonas who has been contacting me promptly via email to assist me.

We have used these two apps to set up our website into a website for my groups of customers, as well as a group-protected B2B Wholesale page where my wholesale clients can create personalized accounts (students, patients, and practitioners) and purchase at the wholesale prices they are accustomed too! - The process was very simple as the help and assistance is impeccable, in my case, June Nguyen was very attentive and exceeded my expectations on all fronts when requesting if certain things could be done on the website and she had them created and running as quickly as she can. She has been followed me and my store for about 2 months before we live the store. And I must say the tech team - Hai Pham Dinh, Cuong Nguyen Quoc, Luan Hoang Van, and Cuong Cao Xuan have done an amazing job when they make some changes to the code in my theme so the store and the app can run perfectly with each other. We are using both B2B/Wholesale Solution and B2B Login and Hide price app and we love it. Contact the team and they will help you with all dedication. Thank you team! Great works.

B2B Login Access Management is a great little app for adding some gate keeping to your site, like a simple passcode, forced login or hiding pricing. Simple, straightforward and cost-effective. Their team - especially Joy and her developer Nguyen Xuan Hoang were quick to respond to an inquiry and helped me figure out something I missed in setup. My team runs a few Shopify sites and BSS commerce and their library of apps is one of our go-to's. Highly recommended! Happy Shopifying!

The app does exactly what I need it to do and is super customizable to make it flow and look like needed. With a little help from June N. and the developer Huan N.V. I was able to take out the issues I had while configuration. Support and communication was excellent. This is how customer support should look like. You don't do wrong if you think about using this app. Die App macht genau das, wofür ich sie brauche und ist super anpassbar, damit sie fließt und aussieht wie benötigt. Mit ein wenig Hilfe von June N. und dem Entwickler Huan N.V. konnte ich kleinere Probleme bei der Konfiguration lösen. Support und Kommunikation waren hervorragend. So sollte Kundenbetreuung aussehen. Sie machen nichts falsch, sollten Sie überlegen, diese App zu verwenden.

This app delivers what it promises. If hiding products from some customers is the case that you aim, go for this. If you wan't to hide some pages or collections etc..this is your app. App it self is easy to use and very clear (seen some really bad ones). Pricing is reasonable, and debends are you wanting all the functions. We needed some support with some settings, and it was super fast and helpful. Jena (customer support) and Cao (dev) was realy helpful.
