We used this app to get customers to first sign up to our newsletter before they can access our Clearance Sale page. There were a few glitches. But the Technical team attended to our queries speedily, and sorted us out very quickly. Very happy with this app and their very prompt response and service :D Thanks guys!!

The application works perfectly, I only had a few problems but with the great technical service they have, they solve the problems instantly. I just had a problem and they had a party because it was their national day and an employee named Leorio worked that day to solve it.

After requesting a call to explain the app, it was super easy to set-up! I found the customer service team extremely helpful!

I was able to get a demo and personalized one-on-one support from their team. We walked through the setup and testing of the account rules through a Google Meet. They offered to have their tech people do some customization for me as well. All in all, I'm impressed with the product and the level of service!

Would like to first of all note that we had great support from Stephanie who was very prompt and helpful with any of our questions. Our main challenge was to find a way to a. keep the entire product catalog hidden from view for unregistered users, b. show products but not prices for unvetted users, and c. show products and prices for vetted users. With Stephanie's help we were able to accomplish this very neatly!

We had some initial set up difficulties but Stephanie was really quick to respond and the problem was sorted straight away. We haven't used the app for long but so far it seems to work for what we want.

In my store, I have an area where different users get different products, based on their log-in account. This gives me a perfect solution for my regular customers with their own agreements and their own products. You will get a superb support, if - or when, you need some help.

Hier wird nicht direkt zum teuersten geraten, wenn es nicht sein muss. Der Support läuft in Echtzeit über einen Chat in Shopify selbst und ist super freundlich und Lösungsorientiert. Alle Probleme werden aufgenommen und schnell bearbeitet. Versteht man etwas nicht, wird einem geholfen und teilweise sogar die Arbeit abgenommen. Danke für diese App :)

As a B2B distributor, with both retail as wholesale clients and opening up a channel for B2C sales, getting all the prices right and (not) visible was hard job. The helpdesk was always there to guide me and give helpfull suggestions. I would recommend them to everyone! Joy helped us to check what needed to be done when we changed the theme of the shop, and made sure everything worked perfectly. Great customer service that gets the job done.

So far it seems to be working well. We only need one section of our store to be password-protected so the $5/month Pro plan is doable for us. Their staff members have been very responsive to my questions.

The app is pretty flexible and helpful to achieve the exact sort of gating we wanted. Their support was also effective in helping us fix a few bugs.
